The food is always very good. The ladies and gents who run the place are friendly and never over extenuate your personal problems. It is in general always well heated and if you forget some of your personal toiletries, they are always happy to provide some for that day.

This home, Notaro Homes, where I live, is very good. It has taught me a lot. The staff and management are always there for you if you have any problems. The staff or management will sort it out for you. Being here has taught and helped me a great deal. From my experience here I would and have told people
about the excellent work that is done here. I would recommend Notaro Homes to family and friends.

I visited my brother at Vane Hill on 14/11/18 it was my first visit there. I was impressed with the facility, general appearance and apparent care of the residents. My brother seems happy and his family are happy with the care he is receiving.

Very professional and well run care home. The home deals with a difficult clientele who have problems with memory associated with alcohol misuse over a prolonged period of time.
In my own case, I was made to feel very welcome and prized as a member of the community. My fluctuations were dealt with
in a caring and sympathetic manner.

Very pleasant visit. Met with manager to conduct a health and safety check on behalf of a work experience student. Very helpful and accommodating manager. Pleasant staff who appear to be treated well and are happy in the workplace.

My mother moved into Vane Hill in July following the closure of her previous nursing home- a very distressing experience for her and myself. Mother can be very suspicious of new faces and surroundings but the Vane Hill staff made us both very welcome- she is well cared for, safe, always looks tidy and
well groomed. Mum enjoys her meals although more menu choices would be nice. As a retired nurse myself I am very impressed with the care plans which are well written and very detailed. I am always kept well informed of mothers welfare and always receive a warm welcome when I visit.
