It has been a pleasure to visit my sister-in-law at St Anne's Court, the hospitality shines in every visit. After taking my sister-in-law out, no problems when taking her back, she is welcomed back into the field and so nice to leave her with a staff member chatting away and laughing, a lovely feeling and we feel good as we know she is well and truly looked after.

My name is Vicki, and I am proud to be the Registered Manager of our care home. I joined the home in October 2025 and have worked in health and social care for over 20 years. I have been a Registered Manager since 2021 and remain as passionate about care today as I was when I first started.
I love my job and feel privileged to support our residents every day. Building relationships with residents and their families, listening to their stories, and ensuring they receive the highest quality of care is the most rewarding part of my role. I developed a particular passion for dementia care following my stepfather's stroke, which led to a diagnosis of vascular dementia. Seeing the impact this had on him and our family inspired me to learn more about dementia and advocate for person-centred care that focuses on each individual's unique needs and experiences.
I am fortunate to work alongside a dedicated and caring team who share the same values and commitment to providing excellent care. Together, we strive to ensure our residents enjoy the best possible quality of life while feeling valued, respected, and supported.
