Since visiting my parents Mum at Blenheim Care Home, I've been very impressed with the standard of care given to all the patients. The manager and staff are very kind and helpful to everyone. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. Also, the home is kept very clean and tidy. Excellent ratings.
Thank you for your very kind words. Your opinion on our home really does matter, as we constantly strive to be better in all we do. It is always a pleasure to see you.
Since being at Blenheim, Mum has flourished and cannot fault the home at all. The staff and manager are always cheerful, helpful and exceptionally kind to the patients and treat them like their own. The home is very clean and very homely.
Thank you so very much for the highest rating on our care home. Your mum is such a pleasure to care for and already loved by all the Blenheim team. May mum continue to flourish here for many years to come.
My wife an Alzheimer's case became quite unwell back in September 2021. At 93 years I was unable to give her the constant care needed a home care agency became part answer to many problems. Temporary residential care became necessary and a reality. Over the period 23rd Sept to the current date, we have seen a vast improvement in her wellbeing, physically to a degree mentally and hope in the near future to have her back home, which has been altered internally to make hers and my life easier. My thanks go out to all involved in the care of my wife in our 71st year of married life. I visit daily, members of the family are always welcomed by the staff. Keep up the good work.
Thank you very much for your kind review. It has been an honour to meet both your wife, you and your family. Being a part of your wife's rehabilitation has been very rewarding for our team. Soon she will be home in your arms again.
Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Very supportive with care towards the residents. The overall standard is excellent.
The room was very clean and provided everything that was needed for mums stay.
Food is fabulous not one complaint. Having breakfast, lunch and supper. Tea/ coffee biscuits when required. Soft drinks when needed.
Activities during the day which the residents enjoy.
Lovely management great team.
Thank you for your very kind words, it is appreciated and will be shared with the whole team. At Blenheim, we aim for excellence in all we do and your mum makes that very easy for us. It has been an honour to be part of mum's development and re-enablement to return home to her husband; she will be missed but always welcome back.
I find all the staff and management at the care home very caring, and helpful. My brother is very happy that he is being looked after so well. Nothing is too much trouble for the whole team and I could not be more satisfied.
Thank you for the kind review. Your comments will be shared with the team who appreciate the recognition of their dedication, hard work and commitment, to enriching the lives of each and every resident in our care. Thank you again.
My mother who has vascular dementia has been at Blenheim care Home for around ten years. My sister and I have been very impressed with the care our mother has received. Our mother has been happy there and we would definitely recommend Blenheim Care Home to other people.

The first visit seems nice and friendly. Only spoke to one staff member who was amazing. I couldn't rate everything as not been enough to see.

At Blenheim we actively encourage rooms to be personalised and I am happy to discuss how we can improve on this on your next visit. Thank you again.
We as a family have been very impressed by the dedication and care the staff give to each resident. Our dear mother has been very well cared for as a result she has done extremely well and seems happy and settled. Blenheim Care Home also has a homely atmosphere that is so important to make the residents feel it is their home.

My mum has been a resident in Blenheim since 2016. Various staff and management changes in this time but the care has always been very good. A great deal of effort is made to provide stimulation and activities for the residents. Relatives are invited to be involved in activities and to feel cared about also.
Thank you for your review. We are pleased you feel supported by our team and that your mother is receiving high-quality care at our home. Please like/follow our dedicated Blenheim Care Home Facebook page to receive updates direct from the home, as well as great photos of the many varied activities we offer.
My nan has been a resident since March 2020. She is really happy in the home and she is very well looked after by all the staff. We have enjoyed garden visits in the summer and the manager, assistant manager and all the staff have been amazing and so caring to Nan, me and the family.
Thank you. We are delighted to hear that your nan is happy and we enjoy having her with us in our home. We are glad you have enjoyed visiting in our lovely garden over the summer months.
All staff are very caring and so kind, the facilities are excellent in the home, I am so happy my mother is in such great care. Every time I visit, the staff are always friendly and cheerful, nothing is too much when making requests.
Thank you. We are delighted to have your mother in our home and enjoy making her and the other residents happy.
My mother was admitted to the home direct from hospital after a major fall at home. She had been having 24-hour live-in care which was proving to be very difficult to manage. I had concerns about her wellbeing as I live some 130 miles away and had recently suffered illness myself. The home has provided a wonderful, caring base for my mother. The communication from the staff is first class. The standard of their service and care has enhanced my mother's life and given me peace of mind.
My husband has only been a resident at Blenheim care home since February 2020 and has quickly settled in well with the help of all the staff. In these difficult times, all staff have worked exceptionally well and my husband is extremely well looked after. We now enjoy garden visits, which are enjoyable. As a visitor and former care worker, I congratulate the manager and his team with how they have coped and continue to cope in these unprecedented times. Thank You.
My mother has been a resident for over two years. There has recently been a change in management, and I feel I must comment on the noticeable improvements that have been implemented and a number of excellent initiatives. Blenheim is a relatively small care home which has a very homely feeling to it. The staff are wonderful, all very caring and friendly.
The home is very friendly and the staff are very good at looking after all the residents in their care. A great home. Thanks.
During a very short stay, our Mam was well cared for by the staff. They were both welcoming and helpful and even stayed late on a shift to ensure the best care was given. Thank you to you all.
My Mum was placed into Blenheim Care Home at my request as she was not coping at home and her health was visibly failing. Despite her not being the easiest of residents the care she received at Blenheim was second to none. My wife has 26 years of experience in the care industry and could not fault the home in any way. After three months they have got my mothers health back and she has been moved to extra care supported housing. I have no doubts without the help and support of the management and staff this would never have been possible and for this, I will be forever grateful.
All the staff at Blenheim Care Home looked after our Mam with love and a caring attitude. She was only with them a short while but was well cared for.
It is a clean, warm, comfortable and safe environment.
I cannot fault the care my dear mum receives from the very genuinely caring, supportive, friendly and polite staff and management.
The residents are all treated with the utmost respect, understanding and patience at all times and those who are able, are gently encouraged to participate in organised activities.
My mum has been living at Blenheim for almost five years now and she could not be in better hands. She is happy, she is safe, she is well fed and well looked after.
In her own words - I am lucky aren't I. It's lovely here.
