The home has a lovely welcoming look from the outside which continues as you enter. Every thing looks clean and bright with a fresh smell. All the staff are so friendly and caring, chatting to the residents and making sure they're happy and don't require anything. If ever there was a problem or something was needed a carer would be there in minutes. I couldn't say any staff were better than others as everyone has been so caring and attentive towards my mum but she has a big soft spot for young Emma. Management is amazing

During two weeks respite it has become very clear my husband needs 24 hour care which can no longer be managed at home. After a very long and happy life together, accepting this has been very difficult for me but my husband has settled in really well. The staff are absolutely amazing, professional, friendly and welcoming. The home and my husband and his room are always very clean, the food is excellent (the smell of Sunday roast cooking makes you feel hungry). The entertainment programme is great and we can all join in. The garden is very pretty and well looked after. I have absolutely no negatives to say about Lilliput Care Home, they go above and beyond to look after my husband.

My uncle Roy has been a resident at Lilliput House since towards the end of 2024 following a fall at home (living alone) and it becoming obvious that his needs required support. To compound the situation I and my wife are his only family and we had moved to live in Spain some years earlier. We have been more than delighted with the level of care provided by all of the staff in Lilliput. Roy is treated with great compassion and he receives the level of support and encouragement that a gentleman of 92 requires. Roy himself loves the place and from the photographs we see of him in Lilliput, we can see that he his really content. From a professional perspective, our dealings with the staff, despite us being outside the UK, have been dealt with with a minimum of fuss and great understanding. Thank you everyone.

Lilliput care home has a kind and caring team, the carers are always cheerful, they have a great relationship with the residents and catch any medical issues before it becomes a problem. The management team are available and offer advice from their vast experience which is helpful as a relative with no experience of dementia. They also make sure the highest standard of care is provided, with daily activities and enrichment. The food is good, they adapt the menu to residents wishes and will always cook a favourite dish if required. I am able to visit whenever I want and often given a cup of tea if it's the end of my working day. They are kind, inclusive and adaptable, I'm grateful for their care.

My father has been a resident at Lilliput House Care Home since July 2024 when his care needs became more than my family or I could manage. We have been delighted with the level of care provided by all of the staff. Dad is treated with great compassion and he receives precisely the level of support that he requires at the age of 90. He himself is full of praise and appreciation for the facilities in the home and the professional support of the staff. The total care package has allowed him to retain a great sense of dignity even now he is unable to take care of himself completely. My own dealings with the care home management and financial directors have been handled with great understanding and professionalism. I would highly recommend Lilliput House for any families with ageing relatives in the same position.

A lovely care home with a warm welcome every time you visit. My dad's needs have changed, as he needed a larger wheelchair. After discussing what would be suitable , then looking at the wheelchairs online ,by the next day my dad was sitting in his new wheelchair. How amazing is that ! The two managers were really helpful. This experience was made easier as they knew what dad needed and it stopped me from visiting mobility shops with no idea at all!

Rosie with her natural caring nature has been in the Care Industry since the age of 25 starting off as a Carer then progressing to a Senior Carer . Realising very early that the care industry was Rosie's passion she then progressed to Deputy Manager. In 2016 Rosie became a registered Care Home Manager.
