Since first making contact with an enquiry for my elderly mum, we have had nothing but excellent service from everyone we have come into contact with from the Care Manager, office staff and of course the carers themselves. Unfortunately mum had a fall one night at home, which was when we decided it would be best for her to move into a care home. Lilliput House have taken away a huge amount of stress from myself and my wife and we cannot thank you enough!
My mother came to Lilliput House after an injury and I had always hoped she would come home. She never came home, she stayed at Lilliput; Why? Because she loved living there. I think that says it all. We visited most days and were met with love, respect and support for my mum. My family and I love them. Mum died yesterday, sadly and the whole team have been wonderful. I could go on but have run out of space. What an amazing place and team.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We all miss your mum very much. She was such a big part of the Lilliput family.
This home has been everything I ever could have ever wished for. My brother has made new friends and sings the praises of the staff there.
I placed my dear aunt at Lilliput House almost two years ago now. Having experienced two previous care homes and researched other local care homes I was immediately impressed with Lilliput House from the moment I first visited. They have not failed us or my Aunt with the care she has had and continues to receive. The manager is highly experienced and has proved thoroughly proactive in meeting any changing needs for my aunt. She manages and develops a fantastic team of staff who are always professional and attentive. As a family, we can relax in the knowledge that my aunt is well cared for and highly respected in her final years. Can not recommend highly enough.
My dad has made new friends with both the residents and the staff there.
A home from home.
Most sincere thanks to Lilliput House.
My friend has been most satisfied with the care and attention she has received from the Manager and the staff.
This home has been such a breath of fresh air. The love and care our dad gets from the staff is so heartwarming. I can't recommend this place more. Thank you, everyone, at Lilliput House for all that you continue to do.
Really nice and clean place. Always friendly, polite and willing to help. They treat residents and staff with dignity. Always a nice cup of tea waiting when I arrive.
All the staff were very professional, but friendly and caring towards our mother. They always treated her with respect, but made time to chat with her. Visitors were also made to feel welcome and kept updated on any issues.
Thank you to you all at Lilliput House we will miss her.
Absolutely superb home. The staff are so lovely and the atmosphere in the home is very cheery, warm and kind. A lovely, lovely place.
The care at Lilliput is 5 star. The staff are extremely caring and patient
Thanks to all the amazing staff.
I had 2 previous employers in Lilliput House. I visit them both on the same visit. I found one lady at 11.30 am with a cold cup of tea and her breakfast still in front of her. My other lady was in bed at 10.20 am with a cold cup of tea. When I gave her the tea she drank it straight down as there was no water in reach and no glass.
We received no complaints in August relating to your feedback and every guest enjoyed their stay.
Residents at Lilliput House get to choose when they get up and quite often indulge in staying in bed later including...
I would recommend Lilliput to anyone looking for the very best for their loved one.
