Lilliput House prioritises the physical, emotional and social needs of its residents and offers a safe, clean, happy and comfortable environment. The staff and management are amazing, kind, helpful and supportive. Every time I visit I am greeted with a warm welcome - whatever time of day. I feel very fortunate to have found Lilliput House. If I am unable to visit for a few days, I don't worry about Mum as I know she's being looked after and made to feel special. I love Lilliput House and so does Mum! I would recommend t to anyone.
A big shout out to the manager and deputy manager and all the other fantastic staff that took great care of Mum.
The home is light and beautifully decorated, her room was great too.
She loved the food which is high praise from my mum!
We can’t praise you enough.
Thank you all so much.
I can't fault the home in any way. I would highly recommend it. My nephew who comes to visit is also very impressed with the service and mangement.
Thank you for the lovely words.
Really caring staff, trying their hardest to give good quality of life to my mum. Upgrade to the carpets, furniture and fittings are in hand which shows good intentions from the owners.
Thank you for a lovely review, and recognition of our teams commitment to our residents.
My mother is safe and comfortable in the care of Lilliput House. She is well entertained and treated with respect. The family are pleased with her care program to date.
We Love having your Mum as part of the Lilliput Family.
My mother has been with Lilliput House for over a year now. The staff have been excellent.
Even though no one really wants to be in a care home, my mother is fully aware that she is better, safer and happier at the home than living alone, unable to cope.
For her family, we know that she is being cared for, 24 hours a day.
Thank you for your review, we at Lilliput House take pride in our care and support of all our residents.
I visited Lilliput yesterday to say hello to my mother.
We sat in the garden and had a little chat.
She was telling me all about the care staff who look after her and who were now her friends.
This was so pleasing and I'm full of gratitude to every one of them who care for my mother.
Thank you to all the care staff
All the staff feel the same way.
We have all gained a new friend
After not visiting my aunt for nearly 16 months, it was really nice to see her again. She told me that she has really been enjoying the activities, and loves it when singers come in, which has been happening a lot. Lilliput House has been amazing at keeping us updated with pictures and news throughout this difficult period. Thank you once again for all that you do.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Staff are always on hand 24/7.
Would recommend Lilliput House to everyone.
After a year of COVID and not being able to visit my mum, I was so impressed at how well Lilliput House had been caring for her in my absence. She was clean and well put together in my first visit back and seemed content.
All resident seem to be catered for in every aspect. There seems to be something going on in activities, which is sadly lacking from many homes. Lilliput House certainly is an excellent place for loved ones.
Thank you, E B. Our residents really do love the activities and music is a huge part of their daily lives here at Lilliput House.
They really have gone above and beyond time and time again to help my dad.
My dad loves it there so much.
He could not be in safer hands.
Thank you, Lilliput.
Thank you Natty. We love having your dad here at Lilliput House.
My mum was a resident for two years and in that time she got to think of Lilliput House as her home. She loved all the staff in her own way and they did everything for her. She could be stubborn, at times and they knew how to get around her and that showed. I got to know most of the staff and they would go out of their way to help Mum and us, if they could. It is a loving and caring home. I will remember you all.
Thank you so much for your kind words Myra. We all feel honoured to of been able to look after your mother. She is very much missed. Thank you for continuing to support us.
I am very pleased with the care and support my dad has been given. The work of staff during this pandemic has been excellent. He has become more engaged in activities. He is happy and the use of Facebook for pictures has been really good and communication with me has been good to keep us up to date with Dad. All staff should take credit for what they have achieved in caring and keeping residents safe and secure during this time.
Thank you for your kind words S M. Your dad is our eldest resident as you know and such a character. It is people like your dad that has kept us all going through a difficult year. Showing strength in his character, always with a smile on his face.
She was extremely well looked after at all times and I felt happy and confident that she was in the right place.
We are so pleased that you felt happy and confident.
Your mother was a special lady and we loved nothing more than caring for her during her time here at Lilliput.
I was initially apprehensive at leaving Dad in a care home. The staff however were very welcoming, and the care he has received at Lilliput has been second to none. The activities are well arranged, the food tasty and plentiful, and the atmosphere around the home is very friendly.
I am delighted he has settled in so well, thanks to all the wonderful staff.
Thank you Joel for your kind review.
We all love looking after your dad. A real gentleman.
Thank you to all of the amazing staff and especially to their exceptional manager.
I will be forever grateful.
We all absolutely adored caring for your amazing mother.
Thanks to the manager and the amazing care staff.
Thank you for your kind words. The staff are always striving to achieve the best care and support for all of our residents.
I would recommend this care home as being one of the best in the area.
