Over all time Bredon View has 26 reviews.
Staff were always helpful and dealt with any requests and suggestions made by families. Medical attention from outside was always requested promptly when necessary.
Few staff changes occurred, which meant her needs and whims were known and helpfully dealt with.
Thank you for your very kind comments, they are much appreciated.
Asa home it is very good.
Feel an alarm would be useful in the lounge in case of emergency (to call a member of staff) more in the way of activities and trips out to stimulate the residents. Staff are excellent, very caring, friendly and attentive, be nice to have some homemade cakes for the residents.
Thank you for your review and I am pleased to tell you that we have lots of trips planned with our minibus over the summer. We always welcome suggestions from our residents as to places they would like to visit or events they would like to attend.
Friendly and homely.
Thank you for your review.
Bredon View is a very warm and friendly home. The staff are friendly. The management team are second to none. Really knowing the needs of the residents. My mother is very happy here and is looked after very well. There are plenty of choices of food for her.
Thank you for your lovely review. It is always nice for our staff to know they are appreciated as they work so hard to look after their residents.
My mum was a resident at Bredon View for over 2 years where she received excellent care and attention from all of the very caring staff. The manager and all staff were very approachable and nothing was too much trouble. Every day the residents were given a choice of menu for lunch and supper, and there was always tea/coffee or squash available, not only for residents, but visitors as well who were always made to feel very welcome and encouraged to get involved with life at Bredon view. Mum used to love it when the music and movement lady came in and she enjoyed the sing-a long to all the old songs. Sadly my mum passed away at the end of November 2016 at Bredon View and everyone there has been kind and helpful at this sad time.
