Mom has been here for 14 months and she loves it. The staff are all lovely and helpful. The management is very good and always there to help with anything. I would recommend this home to anyone.

There always seemed adequate numbers of staff available particularly in the resident's lounge and communal areas. The general cleanliness of the building was good and the quality of the food and beverages perfectly acceptable. All in all good value for money.

The staff there work extremely hard under sometimes difficult circumstances. They are a credit to your company.

My mother has been a resident at Holmpark for 6 years in which time her condition, vascular dementia, has deteriorated, but her care at Holmpark has been of the highest calibre. Nobody could fault the care, compassion and empathy displayed by every member of staff. One example; my mother suffered a seizure and was taken to the hospital, a member of staff always goes with her and waits until I can get to her. This last occasion I was 4 hours drive away and a carer went to relieve the person who had gone to the hospital, AFTER her shift had finished, waited until I arrived so mam wouldn't be alone.
