Very good and helpful staff and very caring of all residents.
Excellent care given and always put the resident first. Food and drinks are constant and the team works hard to maintain standards.
Although my dad hasn't been there for very long he is so happy, healthy and very settled. I like the fact that the staff treat each person as an individual and work so kindly with my dad. They don't rush him and I can already see how attached he is becoming to the staff. Other family members agree with me that it's a lovely home for my dad. I personally like the fact that staff keep me updated every time I visit. Thank you.
She wouldn't be here if it wasn't for the care of the staff at Warren Farm Lodge.
Thank you for taking the time to review Warren Farm Lodge and we are pleased you rate our care/support as very good. Thank you for your kind comments, which I will pass on to my team. We have an open-door policy, where I’m happy to discuss all aspects of our care at a mutually convenient time.
I live in Bradford and visit my mum about five or six times a year. I always find the staff very friendly and my mum looks well cared for. Her flat is tidy and clean. My mum misses her independence and doesn't like to be told what to wear and can be very feisty with the staff but they are always patient. My mum enjoys the food, she seems to sleep a lot in the living room and I think she would benefit from more stimulation and entertainment.
Thank you for taking the time to review Warren Farm Lodge and we are pleased you rate our staff as excellent. We appreciate your lovely feedback which I will pass on. Our activities are arranged with our resident’s input, where we encourage residents to participate but respect their wishes if they don’t wish to do so. We’re always happy to receive suggestions for activities and entertainment.
I am full of praise for all the staff for their care of my mother-in-law. Everyone is very kind and helpful. She has been extremely happy here and well cared for. I would strongly recommend Warren Farm Lodge.
My father has been a resident now with Warren Farm Lodge for the past 3 weeks. During this time I have found everything to be efficient from the moment I went on my first initial visit. The staff are wonderful and cannot do enough to make my dad feel comfortable and well looked after. Definitely would recommend looking for a care home.
I just wanted to send some praise to the care home as the staff are doing a brilliant job looking after my nan! Thanks a lot, this is the happiest I’ve seen her for a long time.
My mum is well-fed, looked after and very happy. The staff are wonderful. So glad I found the place and got mum in, in just two weeks, two years ago. I can't praise enough!
During our short visit, we were impressed with the friendliness and relaxed efficiency of the staff. they clearly treat residents with respect and care and there was an upbeat atmosphere throughout. Our relative said that she is well looked after and her only regret seemed to be that she was unable to bring any small personal or sentimental furniture or other items of her own to the home. Our relative appears to be well looked after and we were pleased that we were able to visit even at short notice.
Thank you so much for your kind review, I will ensure my team is made aware of your lovely review. We always encourage residents to bring in personal possessions so that they feel comfortable with familiar items around them to help with the transition. If you would like to discuss this with me further I am more than happy to do so at a mutually convenient time.
This aged care facility is managed and staffed by a team of dedicated individuals that are passionate and determined to provide the very best of care and services to one and all - residents and their family/friends/visitors. My/our experience(s) are clear that the entire staff/team goes far beyond their call of duty. Simply an outstanding facility that does set an example and benchmark. As a family, our appreciation fails words that can express our gratitude and sincere thank you! World-class.
What an amazing home you guys provide, it makes me so happy to see how happy my relative is.
Our dad has completely flourished in the few weeks since he has been at Warren Farm Lodge. He has a lovely room, he raves about the food, he enjoys the fun atmosphere in the lounge with the music and TV and the interaction with the staff and other residents. We were stunned to learn he had even taken part in a dance for health class last week. Our dad has not danced for longer than I can remember! The team there are the nicest, most genuinely caring bunch of people we could have hoped for and they work so hard for the residents. Our dad's health and well-being are of paramount importance to me and my sister and we are so relieved that he is being so well cared for. Warren Farm Lodge and its staff are exceptional.
My sister and I have been concerned about our mother and the decision to move her from her sheltered flat to a residential care home has been taken after a lot of consideration. To find Mom so well settled, happy and full of praise for the staff at Warren Farm Lodge has been extremely reassuring. She tells us that she is no longer lonely and is enjoying life at Warren Farm Lodge. Thank you for looking after her!
My grandmother has settled in so well and is enjoying it far more than anyone expected. I put this down to the wonderful staff who are caring, attentive and full of energy.
We as a family are very sad that my husband hasn't settled. We think this is a great place and can't fault the wonderful staff you have. They are all angels of love. Thank you for all you do for my husband, it is our loss he cannot stay. God bless you all. Stay safe.
Great care staff.
Very good. Mom is really happy.
Extremely happy with this home. The staff are amazing. The food is lovely. Very clean. Definitely recommend. First-class.
The staff and other service users are very kind to me. The home is comfortable and clean.
