We have used Compton Manor for respite for my mother. We have used it a number of times and prior to this home we looked at many homes but Compton Manor gave us the confidence that our mother would be looked after. They have proved us right - the service provider and manager have been great from start to end. The staff are so good with my mother. They make it feel like home for her. To make us comfortable we have the opportunity to video call our mum and receive photos to reassure us that mum was doing well. Thank you so much and needless to say we have booked with them again.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We're delighted that your mother feels at home with us and that we've been able to give you peace of mind during her respite stays. Your kind words mean so much to our team, and we look forward to welcoming your mother back again soon.
My sister-in-law has been a resident at Compton Manor for a couple of years, and she is totally bedridden. We as a family, my husband and I, love visiting her partly because we know she is getting first-rate care and secondly because of the lovely staff who always greet us by name and involve us in everything that has changed, from her medication to upcoming appointments. It gives us a great feeling and a sense of belonging, which in itself is priceless. Many, many thanks to you all with much love and appreciation.
