My mother in law is 107 old next week. Lammas House carers are continually caring and adapt the care to suit her age and daily ability. She is becoming more needy and difficult to please. The level of care they gave with a limited number of staff passes our expectation. I think considering her age she is quite exceptional but her needs and care are dealt with in a kind patient and longing way.
i am quite happy living at Lammas House. All my needs are taken care of and the staff are excellent.
- Approachable senior staff and management.
- Staff listen and act on concerns raised by us.
- Calm and pleasant atmosphere but with enough activity to feel lively.
- I really feel my mum is safe and cared for, which is a great comfort to me.
I feel that my mum is in a safe place, where the staff do their best to meet her needs. The management and staff are always ready to listen to concerns and act upon anything that arises, they are always welcoming and caring with my mum. The home has a happy and calm atmosphere.
