Thank you for your kind feedback. I will pass your comments onto the team at Russell Court.
Mom was transferred to Russell Court from the hospital after testing positive for Coid19. The home provided great support for Mom while she gradually gained strength to return home. It is a friendly place, and we had great confidence the Mom was being well looked after. Thank you.

Thank you for your lovely feedback. It was a pleasure having your mom stay with us at Russell Court through what we knew was a really difficult time for her and the family. We miss her but it was lovely to see her able to return to her own home and regain her independence and be closer to her friends and family.

I am amazed at the care and attention my mom has had since she has been in Russell Court. My mom was withdrawn and very much on the downward spiral when she went into Russell Court, but since being there she is looking better in herself, eating her meals, having her hair done and taking part in activities that the staff have organised for the residents. My mom has her own room with en-suite, tv, radio and her own belongings. Russell Court is clean, adheres to Covid rules and doesn’t smell at all. All of the meals that my mom has, have been catered for her needs. Russell Court have gone above and beyond caring for my mom and I would recommend this establishment.
Thank you so much for your fantastic review for Russell's Court, it is very much appreciated. We understand it is a very difficult and challenging time for everyone at the moment and our team here at Russell's Court continue to be committed to ensuring all of our residents maintain a happy and fulfilling experience.
The staff and management are extremely caring and compassionate. They have gone above and beyond for my mum and given her excellent care. The home is spotlessly clean, no smells, and the food is excellent. My mum is well supported, looked after and cared for. Thank you, Russell Court.

Hello, I am Kiran Qayum. I am the Service Provider of Russell Court Nursing Home. I am an Adult Nurse and have been working in the care sector since the age of 18. I have been the Service Provider of the home since we opened in 2020 - I am so proud to be part of the team here. At the start of my nursing journey, I worked in busy wards at a big, local hospital - moving to Russell Court has allowed me to get to know our residents and spend time with each and every one. My passion is to provide tailored, personalised care for every resident at Russell Court. We hope to ensure all our residents have days filled with love and laughter and I am always here to speak to residents and their families.
