As a family, it was heartbreaking having to come to terms with my mom having to go into care, but the team at Two Gates have made it so much easier to bare. They are so kind and caring towards her. We know she is in good hands. They do a wonderful job.

The care she has received since being there has been first-rate, all the staff are very friendly and approachable, they make Mum feel like she is their first priority when of course all the residents are equally important to them. Mum has always been very independent and I had fears that she would not agree to stay in any home, but within a few days of being there she was telling people how much she liked it and wanted to stay there.
It is good to know that she is happy, safe and well cared for which puts my mind at ease, so a big thank you from me to all the staff.
I was lucky that my Mom was placed at Two Gates House after a period in hospital. This has led to a full-time residential situation for her which I have found to be a really positive experience after all the horror stories you hear. I have peace of mind that my Mom is safe, in good hands, being well looked after and has everything that she needs. The staff are amazing at an incredibly complex, difficult situation and time for our family.
My Great Aunt has been at Two Gates House for nearly 2 months. I feel she is very well cared for. She looks so much more healthy and relaxed. The atmosphere of the home is so good. The staff are friendly, kind and respectful. I feel happy knowing my Aunt is in good hands and is safe. I cannot thank the staff enough. The managers are also approachable and appear well organised.

All the staff are lovely. They are caring, loving towards residents and are there for every concern. I have no worries whatsoever with the care provided and would recommend this home to anyone.
Unfortunately, my mum was only at Two Gates for a few days after leaving hospital before suffering from a low blood sugar episode. She was quickly taken to the local MHS hospital where she had been quite weak for some time before but I could see the staff here were committed to looking after her with care and compassion.
Have been a big support to my mom. She has become a bit unsteady over the last few weeks but has had a lot of help from all at Two Gates. She has seemed settled and happy and gets on well with staff and residents who have been very kind and understanding towards her.
It is like being at home.

My mother has been a resident almost 2 years and is very comfortable there as she has the privacy of her own room all day long if required. The staff have been marvellous and have been very quick to resolve any problems that have occurred.
We (the family) are more than happy with Two Gates House.
Mom is taken care of with great care and dignity. I feel happy with all the staff and have peace of mind to leave mom in their care.

Since my husband moved into Two Gates House he has received excellent care from all members of staff. his room is always very clean, tidy and they are very helpful with his personal care. Visitors are always welcome and treat you very well.
My husband has been a resident for over 12 months, suffering from vascular dementia. After visiting 17 homes in the area beforehand, Two Gates House was the one as soon as I went in I felt most comfortable with. I was so relaxed when they offered him a room. He is being well looked after, they meet all his personal needs, his room is good. He enjoys the food, they give drinks and snacks regularly through the day. The staff take great care to see he's clean and changed regularly. They are always polite, friendly and helpful, his visitors have all said the same. I am totally happy and satisfied he is getting the best care he could get and he's in the best place.
