It was immediately apparent that the level of care was second to none, the staff were friendly and welcoming and immediately put my mom at ease. The staff take the time to ensure that the individual care for each resident is of the highest standard.
The professionalism shines through, the staff are always ready to discuss any queries you may have and always put mom's welfare and happiness at the center of what they do.
The attention to detail in relation to mom's health and medical needs has astonished me they are so thorough and keep me updated on every aspect of my mom's care.
They made reasonable adjustments to suit his needs and ensure he was comfortable and happy. More impressed they listened to his wishes and feelings and incorporated them into his care planning consistently.
Grandad has since moved on from this provision but they have continued to support with anything needed to make sure Grandad is happy and safe and for this we are so grateful. Two members of staff in particular have gone above and beyond their job description and we are so grateful for all of the support and compassion shown.
I just wished other placements had staff with their level of person-centred empathetic care and respect .
Thank you for being so helpful and caring.
Welcoming and clean environment with staff who show great care and consideration toward the residents. They are responsive to requests to ensure food and drink are culturally appropriate. They also very kindly printed pictures I emailed to them and put together a memory book from a recent holiday for my brother who suffers from dementia. Very pleased with the care they provide here.
Many thanks for your lovely review of care provided to your loved one at Allerton Court. Our staff pride themselves on ensuring the standards of care are always at the highest level.
