I cannot begin to extol the virtue of this care home, its management and staff. - words are not enough. The love and compassion given to my cousin in his last few week of life was fantastic. There was a genuine warm feeling whenever I visited, not just to him but to other residents also, nothing was too much trouble for the staff and management. All I can say is that if ever I need care home, I hope it would be this one or one like it.

Their kindness, love, compassion and professionalism made a significant difference to my father's life. Bescot Lodge showed so much care and dignity which was very comforting at such a difficult time and all our family are so thankful to every member of the Bescot Lodge team!
It was truly a pleasure to look after your Dad.
Knowing you and the family felt comforted that he was well cared for means so much to us.
He will fondly remembered, and missed dearly by all that knew him.
It has been very good experience after having had a care crash on the 26 July and how I live alone it has been a very happy stay. In my past jobs I'd been cooking in a Care Home at night for two and a half years, so I could relate my experiences with the time I have been here and knowing what the staff have to do regarding all the residents care. I will come to visit them all of them and very happy to do so. Wished that my mother could have stayed in a Home like this one, more happy would have been. Thank you.
We're so happy you enjoyed your stay at our home. It was truly a pleasure to assist you during your time with us, and we're glad we could help towards your recovery. The staff at Bescot Lodge overall are friendly, hardworking and caring towards those using the facility. I'm kept updated on any incidents which require them to inform me, I'm also greeted by name by most of the staff which is nice. I feel Bescot would benefit from having additional staff, due to its capacity I creasing significantly since my father arrived. I would like to give special a mention to 4 members of staff, in particular, and admin Thank you.

I find Bescot Lodge Care Home to be very good for my aunt, she feels comfortable and cared for. She enjoys her walks to the local park and to the local church coffee morning. She is also taken shopping. The staff treat her kindly and joke with her which she enjoys very much. She is well taken of care in my opinion. Please note - value for money question - I don't pay the bill, my cousin does, so she'd know better than me about value for money!!
