My husband was admitted in May and so far he is happy the way he is looked after by all the staff who are all friendly and welcoming, the best he has looked in ages.

The care given to my father is exceptional, friendly and welcoming staff giving the utmost care at all times. The food is very good and we can see our Dad has improved in the care of the teams here.
The availability of the visiting hours is exceptional and the building is very clean.

The staff at Bescot Lodge overall are friendly, hardworking and caring towards those using the facility. I'm kept updated on any incidents which require them to inform me, I'm also greeted by name by most of the staff which is nice. I feel Bescot would benefit from having additional staff, due to its
capacity I creasing significantly since my father arrived. I would like to give special a mention to 4 members of staff, in particular, and admin Thank you.

I find Bescot Lodge Care Home to be very good for my aunt, she feels comfortable and cared for. She enjoys her walks to the local park and to the local church coffee morning. She is also taken shopping. The staff treat her kindly and joke with her which she enjoys very much. She is well taken of care
in my opinion. Please note - value for money question - I don't pay the bill, my cousin does, so she'd know better than me about value for money!!

mom became a resident at bescot Lodge in April, she was moved here from the local hospital on a D2A This was her 2nd care home in 3 months, & due to past experiences in the former home we were feeling apprehensive about her level of care in this one, but almost straight away the difference in mom was
amazing.
The staff at bescot have been wonderful, mom is eating and drinking better, she is using normal cups and cutlery again, she is being engaged with all the time and encouraged to do what she is able to the best of her capabilities, we as a family feel that the care given at bescot is just fantastic, they are onto any health concern from the off & keep you 100% informed and involved,
All the staff are always polite & welcoming & it has a really family atmosphere, they do daily activities & also have a mobile hairdresser available for the residents.
Mom is now a permanent resident and we feel this is the best decision for her and us.

All the members of staff at Bescot Lodge are helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble which is very reassuring to know my father is receiving the best care and attention 24 hours a day. When my mother was brought into Bescot Lodge we were all a bit apprehensive as to the type of care our mother would receive but from the first minut we were put at ease the manager and staff are so caring and informative special mention to the events lady who went above and beond her dutey to make mom
feel really welcom. We find that the care home is well managed with kind and careing staff.

My gran has the best care possible, we have been to other care homes where my gran was staying at but this one is far better than the rest. All the staff have been amazing day and night. The management have been there to answer any queries needed. All I can say my gran has had 5-star treatment and this

Sadly, my mom passed away on 28th May, after spending two and a half years at Bescot. I can't recommend this care home highly enough. I've had personal experience with my mother-in-law, at a care home in Warwickshire, and there's no comparison. All the staff are really caring and get to know the residents
like family. During the last couple of weeks of Mom's life, the staff supported me too.
If you're looking for a genuinely caring environment, Bescot Lodge is the best.

Mum has been at Bescot Lodge for six years now. We have always been happy with the care she receives. It is clear she is well looked after and also evident that staff really love my mum and do their best to keep her as happy as she can be in an advanced dementia state.
