All the staff at Bescott Lodge care home have been truly amazing, nothing is ever too much trouble from any member of staff.
Their kindness, love, compassion and professionalism made a significant difference to my father's life. Bescot Lodge showed so much care and dignity which was very comforting
at such a difficult time and all our family are so thankful to every member of the Bescot Lodge team!
Reply from Kiran Pal, Admin at Bescot LodgeThank you for your kind words.
It was truly a pleasure to look after your Dad.
Knowing you and the family felt comforted that he was well cared for means so much to us.
He will fondly remembered, and missed dearly by all that knew him.

I visit my sister twice weekly and I find the staff and management very helpful and friendly. My sister has only been in the home for about 8 weeks she is settling in but being her first experience of a care environment, it's taking a little longer for her to be truly content. She says the food is good
and the staff caring and patient. The care home is clean and tidy.

My mum's room is lovely and bright and very welcoming. The catering is very good and the meals are well-balanced.

My Mom went to Leighswood about 5 weeks ago after 6 weeks respite in another care home. After feeling reluctanct to move but needing to have a location nearer to family she moved without any problems. The staff at Leighswood cannot do enough for my mom, anything she needs they make happen for her.
Their communication with myself and my family has been brilliant and I feel I can ask them anything no matter how trivial it may seem. My experience is that the residents are respected and cared for with compassion and warmth. My mom never wanted to be in a care home but they do their best to make it feel like home for her. I highly recommend Leighswood Care Home.

A respite care place was arranged for my elderly relative after a series of falls and hospital admissions as they were unsafe in their own home. First impressions of both myself and my sister is that the all the staff and management are very good, with the care of their residents being the top priority.
The senior staff member who met us on the day my relative arrived was very friendly and focused on making my relative feel welcome and likewise the home's manager made time for me to explain my relatives situation, which was reassuring. My relative tells me that the meals have been good and more than enough for him. The room my relative has all the basics you need but maybe looks a little 'tired' in places but meets my relatives needs. However the level of care and concern has more than compensated for any minor issues with the facilities. I cannot comment on the activities undertaken as my relative has been there a short time. Early overall impressions are positive!

It has been very good experience after having had a care crash on the 26 July and how I live alone it has been a very happy stay. In my past jobs I'd been cooking in a Care Home at night for two and a half years, so I could relate my experiences with the time I have been here and knowing what the staff
have to do regarding all the residents care. I will come to visit them all of them and very happy to do so. Wished that my mother could have stayed in a Home like this one, more happy would have been. Thank you.

My dad was placed here after other homes 'fell through', how thankful are we. He has settled so much quicker than we anticipated. He has gained weight and not once uttered, 'When am I coming home?'. The staff and management are approachable, supportive to both Dad and us and downright marvellous. The
home is clean and inviting, no nasty smells that hit you as you walk in. The food is fantastic and plenty of it. But what makes this the best place for my dad are the staff, they are all diamonds.

Leighswood is a lovely care home, the home is nicely laid out with communal spaces and has a calm, homely feel. There's always something happening with staff engaging with residents, and staff are extremely person centred and kind with their residents and are very welcoming to visitors. There is a lovely
calm atmosphere when you visit. Communication with families is open, honest, and reassuring. We are always kept informed, involved with my mother's care and health. I feel It's a place where residents are respected and supported, after visiting many care homes I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for compassionate and kind, person-centred care.

The staff at Bescot Lodge overall are friendly, hardworking and caring towards those using the facility. I'm kept updated on any incidents which require them to inform me, I'm also greeted by name by most of the staff which is nice. I feel Bescot would benefit from having additional staff, due to its
capacity I creasing significantly since my father arrived. I would like to give special a mention to 4 members of staff, in particular, and admin Thank you.
