Our weekly fee is based on the choice of bedroom and the personal care needs required. Before admission, a professional team member will assess to understand the support and care your loved one requires within the home. A personalised and tailored care plan will be created and monitored daily using our electronic care system.

Mum moved into Engelberg just before COVID lockdown happened in March and I can not praise the staff for their care, dedication and compassion that they have given to both the residents and their families during this difficult time. They have continued with activities, introduced social media and video links to ensure that we are always able to be in contact and most recently organising garden visits for us. Mum is extremely happy here, all her needs are always met, nothing is too much trouble. Very caring staff and I am kept fully informed of everything. I would certainly recommend Engelberg.

Engelberg has a friendly, homely atmosphere, rooms are clean and comfortable. Meals are varied and well cooked and nicely presented with always a choice of menu. Staff are caring and always find time to listen to you and share a laugh (or tear!), and most important, residents are not regimented!

I have been very impressed with the love and care given to our elderly friend. The staff have been very attentive to her whilst the lift has been our of use, bringing meals to residents who couldn't use the stairs.
