Great place, friendly and helpful staff, made Mom feel at home from the start, appears clean and tidy. Rooms are ample, staff tell me they have activities to occupy residents. My mom seems happy and settled now.

As a relative, I am not sure who manages care staff on a day to day basis who monitors standards of care. Nurses seem to be in the office all the time, care staff with residents. Some care staff are friendly towards visitors (not many). Communication between care staff and residents when carrying out interactions needs to be improved.

This home is very well run by management and all the staff. It's very clean, any mess made by patients is cleaned up promptly.

This home is very well run by management and all the staff. It's very clean, any mess made by patients is cleaned up promptly. There are no bad odours in their room or recreation areas. The gardens are quite pleasant to walk around. I visited three or four homes when my wife was admitted ten years ago.
I can't fault this home in care or hygiene. I would recommend it to anybody. (You will be made very welcome).
