After looking at a number of care homes for our uncle, Field House stood out above the rest with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
He has been a resident since July 2023 and has settled in very well, treated at all times with kindness and dignity and cared for in a safe and homely environment. The management
and staff are first class and go above and beyond at all times, truly working as a team to ensure all the residents are happy and comfortable. He looks forward to the varied daily activities, or just to be able to spend time on sunny days in the fabulous grounds. As a family, we cannot praise Field House highly enough for the care and compassion shown to all the residents and for everything they do to make Field House their home.

My mum moved in here in August 2023 to recuperate from a fractured femur. She is very happy here, her mobility has improved. She is walking well with a frame. Her anxiety has reduced and she is very comfortable here.
The staff are very kind and caring. As a family, we have decided that she should
stay here and she is very happy about that.

Dad has been at Field House for just over a year now, following two serious falls which left him with mobility issues.
Although he struggled to settle at first, all the staff were incredibly understanding and supportive, not only towards Dad, but they supported us as a family too. The entire staff
are always friendly and extremely approachable. Nothing is too much trouble.
Dad enjoys the wonderful garden and views from his room. The food is excellent and the home is kept incredibly clean. The home has a warm atmosphere and a family feel about it.
Dad is now happy and settled and that is due to the care and compassion he has received from everyone at Field House.

To someone who had never visited, or had much to do with the care home, it was extremely worrying and frightening to have to leave a loved one there, all be it for a short respite stay. But, what a surprise! Field House was welcoming and all the staff were kind and helpful. The food was good and there
were many entertaining activities for those who wished to participate.

Although my brother and sister-in-law have only been at the home since the end of April 2023, I cannot praise the staff and the people who come in to help enough. They have made them so welcome and have improved so much since being here. I cannot thank the staff enough they now join in with activities
and sit with the residents. I had to bring them here from Spain where they had lived for twenty-eight years so it was all a very big upheaval for them but Field House made them and myself so welcome. 10/10 keep up the good work.

My father received superb, loving and attentive care at the end of his life. All the staff were consistently kind, patient and good-humoured. Even when they were obviously busy, attending to the needs of other residents, they found time to say a cheery "hello" through the doorway. Thank you, Field House

The most beautiful setting for a wonderful home my dad is so well looked after and everyone here are so kind and caring! Nothing is too much trouble. Beautiful rooms, stunning gardens, lovely food. I would highly recommend it and when my turn comes I would happily come here.

Looked after my relative very well. Difficult to start with when my relative was settling in. The food was very good and my relative had no complaints. He feels he was looked after very well. The family have had no issues with the care our relative has received and all contact with staff members has

Mum was at Field House for almost three years. During this time, the care she received was exceptional. We were unable to see her during Covid but were left with no doubt that every single member of staff was doing everything they possibly could to make the best of the awful situation. Mum's dementia
meant she could be a bit of a handful, especially as it progressed, but all we could see from the staff was a genuine level of love and respect. (Mum passed in October; I know she is missed at Field House).

Recent changes to management mean both the manager and deputy are superb. Both of them know all of the residents inside and out and truly care about providing everyone with respect and kindness. Obviously, the care sector has struggled with staffing over recent months, but Field House has done what
it can to maintain good staffing levels throughout. Activity selection is excellent, food choices are provided every day, and an online family portal provides access to the latest on your loved ones. My father has resided at Field House for over three years, and we would never consider moving him as the care and warmth are just fabulous.

My husband has been a resident at Field House for 3.5 years. He is always treated with the utmost respect from the staff, even when he gives them a hard time. I always have a warm welcome from the staff too. There are activities planned around every occasion, Halloween, remembrance day, bonfire night
and many other entertaining events like visits from exotic animal keepers, keep fit and much more. Now that things are getting back to normal after the pandemic, the family atmosphere at Field House, has returned.

I cannot recommend this care home enough. The staff and carers really go the extra mile. I looked after my mum at home for many, many years and was really nervy about residential, but I am really pleased with Field House.

My name is Anna and I am the Manager here at Field House. I came into care just over 8 years ago working in a Care Home for people living with Dementia. In my last place of work I trained and gained the qualifications that enabled me to become a Care Practitioner, I am very proud of this achievement. I came to Field House in April 2020 when the opportunity arose for a Deputy Manager. I always wanted to progress into management from the moment I started in care. I have a great passion for care and strive to ensure the team provide the highest quality care to our residents. Out of work, I like to spend time with my children and love holidays on the beach.

It is my pleasure to join Field House Care Home in March 2021 to give my service and skills which I have acquired through working in other Care Homes and Hotel Industry for more than 10 years in Housekeeping. I have very good experience of providing outstanding services.


I am glad that I have joined the team here at Field House, where people are so helpful, and respectful to each other, and do this to provide an excellent service to the residents.

Job Title: Chef

My name is David and I am one of the Chef’s here at Field House. Having started my carer as a chef in a Restaurant in Kinver, I was then lucky enough to spend two years working in Switzerland. I then returned to England where I worked in Hotels and Restaurants, before having a year out to travel the world. I started at Field House in April 2020 having previously worked in other care settings. I have a great passion for food and seeing the residents enjoying what has been made for them. I completed all my training at Halesowen College. I am now a settled family man who really enjoys working in Care Homes.

Job Title: Maintenance

I have been working with property maintenance for several years, previously working in a Manor House in Wiltshire. While there I worked in many areas such as plumbing, electrics, repairs and decorating. I also supported the team overseeing seeing the gardens, and the 20 acres of land. I have recently joined this lovely team and have enjoyed getting to know all the residents.
