Excellent care and support. Staff help me wonderfully. They all do an excellent job and they are not afraid to maintain my independence as far as possible supervising me. Manager is friendly and always stops near me to say hello and have a chat.

Her Alzheimer's has progressed as such that at the beginning she was fairly independent to at the end being helped around the house and also helped with eating and communicating. The staff are compassionate and caring and keep us informed. They have activities and always celebrate special days and birthdays. Sadly my mum has passed away this week but she spent her last days there with the family coming and going and the staff at the home could not have been more supportive to our family but more importantly to my mum. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Golden Horizon to someone who might be considering it for their loved one .
