Overall Experience

Due to mum reaching the point that she needed specialist care to meet her needs she moved into Housman Court. This is such a tough emotional decision for families. However we have been repeatedly assured that the decision was the best for mum by the loving and professional care shown by all the staff. The staff are very welcoming, you can visit anytime you like. Mum always seems relaxed and content. Any minor issues can be discussed openly and resolved amicably.
