She's a true diamond and even at 106 years young, she's motoring around the home and keeps us on our toes. Thank you for the lovely feedback.
Thank you so much for your lovely comments. Respite is such an important part of what we do and we hope that as well as giving your father some time to recover, it also allowed the family to feel reassured that he was well cared for. He's welcome again any time.
Thank you so much for sharing such a wonderful review. It's so lovely to hear that our beautiful residential setting has not only been a benefit to Mum but also to the family. Your mum is such a lovely, friendly and caring part of our home and she's a pleasure to have around and chat to. It has also been great to see you all back visiting again now the guidance allows. Hopefully not too long before we can offer tea and coffee again!
We are so pleased that you are happy with the care your father is receiving from us. He is such a lovely man and a pleasure to have around our home. We are only ever a phone call away if you need anything.
We would like to thank you for your valuable feedback, we have noted your comments and would like to assure you that we are reviewing the staffing levels and the allocation of staff. We apologise for your wait at the front door - this is not usual practice. Thank you for your comments regarding the staff, we will feed this back to them.

I first came into the care sector at the age of 20 due to wanting to try a different avenue of work as I had previously worked in the mental health sector before elderly care. After working here for a while, I learnt about how small things can make a huge difference in someone’s life and after hearing some of the residents life stories and experiences, it opened my eyes into how it is a privilege to help and support others.
I love my job, as I enjoy helping others, supporting the hard working staff team and being able to make every day, a good day. I came into the care sector initially so that I could work and also be present to raise my young family and to be able to see them grow up. I have then progressed through the hierarchy and developed my skills to enable me to climb the progression ladder and make a positive change for others, as I have seen it from both sides of the coin. Every day is varied and a new challenge and I have met some amazing people throughout my career and seen some absolutely heart-warming moments and such dedication, commitment and care from the staff teams, that make me understand that there is still a lot of good in the world.
I have worked in the Health Care Sector for 20+ years . I am caring and compassionate in all that i do. I am always available for a chat and cuppa, if you would like to come and visit us here at Tunstall Hall or pop round to have a look around then please dont hesitate to give me a call.
I look forward to welcoming you ...
