Hi, my name is Ash and I joined the Barchester team at Wheatlands in 2021. The involvement in the role was amazing, especially to work alongside such a great team. It is my delight and pleasure to be in this position and I pride myself on my work and friendliness, my job is great fun and keeps me on my toes all year round! The variety can be anything from working in the gardens to improving the home and spending time with the residents. My favourite part of the home is definetly the gardens, in Summer there is a vast amount of flowers blooming in our extensive grounds.
