Moving Mom into a care home was heartbreaking, but the difference in mom in such a short time was remarkable. From the moment we walked through the door we knew it was the right place for mom. It felt warm and homely which was what we had been looking for. The staff are lovely and treat mom with genuine warmth, respect and dignity. As a family, we couldn't ask for anything more. The Management are very approachable and present. They are always looking for new ideas and work hard to keep the residents happy and entertained. We also get asked if we have any ideas and what we would like to see implemented or improved. Mom is up dancing at every opportunity. She gets involved with games which is lovely to see. We can't thank ALL the staff enough for the care and love they show mom. It means the world to us. We wholeheartedly recommend Bonehill Lodge and thank you all for the continued support you give to mom and our family.

I visit my husband twice a week, once to sit with him and once to take him out for a meal, I am always welcome and my husband is always clean and tidy. my husband settled in very well, he is always telling me the staff are very friendly, he loves the music and dancing. I am so glad he is in Bonehill care home he would love to be at home but never makes any fuss about going back after a day out

I would recommend Bonehill lodge care home to anyone looking for a home from home for their elders where they are treated/cared for, like family members, with dignity & respect with some fun rolled in, nothing is too much trouble for their residents. I will miss being a small part of the family when visiting Mum.

My Mum who is 91 has been at the home for a few weeks now. It was all a big change to her old routine, but all the staff have been absolutely lovely. She has met new people to sit and chat to and has told me that the meals they receive are all very good. There is a nice garden area where she likes to sit when the weather is nice, and she seems to be settling in very well. I would recommend this home, as I know my Mum is safe and being well looked after.

My wife has been a resident at Bonehill Lodge care home since January 2022, I visit her three times a week if possible and have always been made very welcome. Bonehill Lodge is to both of us safety and comfort, provided for by the excellent management and staff. Recently the entrance hall and staircase has been decorated in keeping with the history of the building.

The staff work hard and are beyond friendly

My mother Sandra has been a resident in the home for a few months. Her mood and health has improved dramatically. She enjoys the activities and conversations with the staff. This is the 2nd home she has been in. The staff are excellent and really do care.

I have found Bonehill Lodge Care Home to be staffed by careing, profesional staff. The staff are very welcoming and helpful the home itself is very clean and the food looks excellent

My mother in law has lived at Bonehill Lodge since April 2023, I can honestly say that the love, care and attention shown to her has been brilliant. I would thoroughly recommend this care home.

What a lovely visit with my dear friend. I found Bonehill Lodge very welcoming, friendly, homely atmosphere & smiling staff. Residence interacted beautifully with the staff a "home from home"

I do think the carpets need to be replaced with a wipeable floor it does sometimes smell in there.

Staff are very helpful and caring, food is very good, mum has been made to feel welcome, she has settled in and seems happy.

As well as the home getting residents involved in exercises (even if only from their chairs), they do bingo, balloon tennis etc. They also arrange for entertainers to come in (i.e. banjo players, singers etc.) Thank you everyone.

Bonehill Lodge Care Home has provided excellent care for my mom over the past five years, they provide a homely, friendly caring environment. The staff are excellent all round and the activities provided for the residents get everybody motivated. Management are always there to listen, help and advise. I would 100% recommend this home.

Always received good care, food is excellent because you are given choices. Excellent management, always listen and enquire how I am. I like the bingo and sing songs. I like that I can get my hair done. The cook is very good.

I am 100% very happy with the care mu mum has received. All the staff are excellent, there are lots of activities going on. My mum is treated with dignity and respect. Everyone is very caring and this is a testament of good leadership and excellent managers. We are always warmly greeted by staff and I feel like there is a lovely family atmosphere. I am very thankful to all the staff and management at Bonehill Lodge Care Home for the excellent care provided which is five star!

I feel my mum is well looked after, all staff are always polite, kind, caring, very helpful. The home is always looked after, clean, tidy and very well presented. I know my mum is in the perfect home for her and her needs. I never have to worry about her and know she is cared for.

My grandma has been a resident at Bonehill Lodge now for 3 years. As someone who works in a caring profession myself, I have huge admiration for all that the staff do for the residents and their families. They genuinely care, and make you feel like part of the Bonehill family. The home is always clean and tidy. There are lots of activities for the residents to get involved with, if they wish to, and they are always treated with kindness and dignity. The managers do a wonderful job and are always responsive with any concerns we may have as a family, which are always discussed and quickly addressed. Cannot fault the home and would recommend to any of my friends or family.
