Bonehill Lodge is a CQC-rated ‘good’ (April 2018) care home in Tamworth that provides round-the-clock residential care for older people, through dedicated staff who understand how worrying it can be to ensure your loved one is well taken care of.

As soon as they arrive, your loved one will become part of the family and a member of the friendly group of residents that staff care for.

They will receive constant care and attention, support and companionship whilst catering for their every need and personal tastes. It doesn't matter whether you're funded privately or by social services, you'll be welcome here.

The worry that your loved one may have little quality of life will no longer be a concern. At Bonehill Lodge there’s always something to join in with or someone to chat to. My mother in law is very happy, she loves the food and says how lovely the carers are. She is treated with respect and dignaty, I think they all do a wonderful job.
I do think the carpets need to be replaced with a wipeable floor it does sometimes smell in there.

So pleased this home had a vacancy when we were looking for somewhere for Mom.
The management and staff are a credit to the home and ensure Mom is able to join in with activities.
As well as the home getting residents involved in exercises (even if only from their chairs), they do bingo, balloon
tennis etc. They also arrange for entertainers to come in (i.e. banjo players, singers etc.) Thank you everyone.

Bonehill Lodge Care Home has provided excellent care for my mom over the past five years, they provide a homely, friendly caring environment. The staff are excellent all round and the activities provided for the residents get everybody motivated. Management are always there to listen, help and advise.

I cannot recommend this home highly enough for the expert care and compassion they give. The staff are lovely and the care manager is wonderful, excellent at communication and very proactive to ensure my uncle's needs are met.

Always received good care, food is excellent because you are given choices. Excellent management, always listen and enquire how I am. I like the bingo and sing songs. I like that I can get my hair done. The cook is very good.

I feel my mum is well looked after, all staff are always polite, kind, caring, very helpful. The home is always looked after, clean, tidy and very well presented. I know my mum is in the perfect home for her and her needs. I never have to worry about her and know she is cared for.

My grandma has been a resident at Bonehill Lodge now for 3 years. As someone who works in a caring profession myself, I have huge admiration for all that the staff do for the residents and their families. They genuinely care, and make you feel like part of the Bonehill family. The home is always clean
and tidy. There are lots of activities for the residents to get involved with, if they wish to, and they are always treated with kindness and dignity. The managers do a wonderful job and are always responsive with any concerns we may have as a family, which are always discussed and quickly addressed. Cannot fault the home and would recommend to any of my friends or family.

Unexpectedly found myself in this care home which was selected by my daughter.
Was surprised how clean and pleasant the home was. Am able to have a pleasant chat with the other residents. Staff are only too happy to do anything for you.

My mother-in-law has been a resident of Bonehill Lodge Care Home since April 2023. I have found the staff to be kind, considerate and patient. The home is well maintained and managed very well by the manager and her assistant.
The food is all freshly cooked daily and there is always a variety to select.

I find the care home very friendly, from the carers through to the management. The care home is situated in attractive surroundings and provides a homely atmosphere. I cannot express how grateful we were to have found this care home for Mum. She resided there last December 22 and from the day she started, the care that has been given is nothing more than excellent. Unfortunately, Mum has recently passed away, but because of each and every one of the staff she was
able to spend her last days at the home. They all cared for her with such compassion and dedication and we will be forever grateful.
We would definitely highly recommend this lovely home to anyone.

I’m so happy that I discovered this care home. I would recommend it 100 per cent. My mom is here & she is looked after very well. The communication with the home is excellent. I think it houses up to about 26 residents so it has a lovely community feel.

This home is so welcoming and always makes me feel that I made the correct decision in choosing this care home for my mother. The care workers/admin staff take great care with all its residents and treat them all as if they were members of their own families. I have witnessed not only with my mother
that the staff go above & beyond with all the resident's needs, and to be honest I wouldn’t expect anything less. Bonehill Lodge Care Home would be my choice for myself if I ever required to be taken care of in my later years.
