We are very sorry for the loss of your Nan in October last year and the emotional impact this has had on yourself and your family. Writing on behalf of our care team it was their absolute privilege to care for your Nan over the six years she was with us, and they extend again their sincere condolences to you. Lindsey Arnold joined the team at Waters Edge as Care Home Manager in February 2025. With over 30 years of experience in the care sector, Lindsey brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. Her background includes managing an Outstanding-rated residential dementia care home, and she is passionate about creating a warm, supportive environment where residents can thrive.
Leanne started her career at Alpha Health Care within Lakeview Care Home over 11 years ago. Since moving across from Lakeview to be part of Waters Edge’s team in September 2019, Leanne has worked tirelessly to support and work with the Waters Edge team to provide exceptional person-centred care to our residents.
Leanne’s previous experience of working within our Complex Dementia service and the training and experience gained in progressing from Carer to Senior Carer have helped create a real connection, empathy and understanding of the unique care and behavioural needs of individuals with dementia.
