The management and staff are unfailingly helpful and caring towards the residents and visitors. Hygiene and cleanliness are maintained to a high standard. There is a well-organised programme of activities and entertainment throughout the year for residents.
We have been totally satisfied with the quality of care our mother has received during the eighteen months she has been a resident.
A programme of activities and entertainment is in place to stimulate the residents and we have seen first-hand the work and efforts put in. All staff, without exception, are polite, efficient and caring. They are happy to answer any questions about our friend. Excellent home.

Lindsey Arnold joined the team at Waters Edge as Care Home Manager in February 2025. With over 30 years of experience in the care sector, Lindsey brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. Her background includes managing an Outstanding-rated residential dementia care home, and she is passionate about creating a warm, supportive environment where residents can thrive.
Leanne started her career at Alpha Health Care within Lakeview Care Home over 11 years ago. Since moving across from Lakeview to be part of Waters Edge’s team in September 2019, Leanne has worked tirelessly to support and work with the Waters Edge team to provide exceptional person-centred care to our residents.
Leanne’s previous experience of working within our Complex Dementia service and the training and experience gained in progressing from Carer to Senior Carer have helped create a real connection, empathy and understanding of the unique care and behavioural needs of individuals with dementia.
