The care my mom receives is 100% better than the are home she was a resident of before. The staff are friendly, courteous and informative. Nothing is to much trouble. I am given reassurance when I mention my fears. Unfortunately, moms dementia is worsening but I notice all the staff are patient and
kind to her. All of my family agree with my review.

I thank god for this care home. The staff are amazing. They preempt situations to ensure residents stay safe and happy. The food is excellent taking account of my husbands taste. Activities are relevant and it has been so lovely to see him engage in a way he wouldn't at home. Both staff and management
couldn't be more helpful and ensure families and friends are made welcome. Thank you, particularly to those on Derwent unit. You are much appreciated.

The staff at Lakeview - Kirby unit- are very friendly and welcoming. With the residents you can tell they care as they interact really well and nothing seems like too much trouble. Our mum seems content and well looked after especially if she is unwell. The staff regularly update us on how mum is and
send us photos/videos of when she does activities. Great team and helps us feel reassured!

My mum spent the last 6 months of her life at Hampton Court. I never regretted that choice. The care she received was well above my expectations. She was in the lodge, which was always exceptionally clean, calm and well staffed. Most days, when I arrived to visit a staff member would be sitting with
mum, holding her hand and talking to her. Everyone always had her best interests at the centre of everything they did, for which I am truly grateful.
Reply from Kelly Webb Singh, Care Home Manager at Hampton Court Care HomeThank you so much for taking the time to share your experience and for your kind words. It means a great deal to us to know that your mum's final months at Hampton Court were filled with the care, comfort and companionship she deserved. Our team in The Lodge are deeply committed to providing person-centred care, and your comments about staff spending time with your mum, holding her hand and ensuring her wellbeing was always at the heart of everything they did are truly touching.

We are incredibly grateful that you placed your trust in us during such an important time, and we are honoured to have been able to support both your mum and your family. Your feedback will be shared with the whole team, who will be very proud to know they made a positive difference.

My wife has been at Barham for nearly six years. For me in the whole of that time there is no equal to Barham. It is such a very special place. The care and love she receives is beyond outstanding. The care, skill, dedication and patience of every single member of the team is of the highest standard.
They have my utmost admiration and respect. I am always singing the praises of Barham to the relevant local community. To visit Barham is always a joy and pleasure so very warm and welcoming. When I first went to Barham to enquire it was during lock down so I could not be shown around. However just going to reception to ask for a brochure I immediately knew it was the place I wanted my wife to be and that view has not changed one bit in six years. Thank you Barham is not enough!
Reply from Sarah Collins, Registered Manager at Barham Care HomeThank you so much for your kind review and positive feedback. We are delighted to hear that you have had a good experience with our home and that you are happy with the care and support being provided.
Our team works very hard to create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents, so it is wonderful to know that this is being recognised. Your comments will be shared with the staff, who will be very pleased to hear your feedback.

My wife has been at Lakeview five and a half years and has nothing but love and kindness shown to her. She is so well looked after and so comfortable because of the wonderful staff here on the Buttermere unit. My wife was transfered to Buttermere 18 months ago because of her more nursing needs and given
a room that over looks the farm. All the staff at Lakeview are wonderful and go above and beyond to make sure the residents come first.
