Room is Brilliant, care is outstanding so far. Very good and on the ball with everything. Dad seems Very happy Said Best care so far.

Mum has been at Lakeview for three years now. She receives excellent care and the staff keep my dad updated with any changes. When we visit the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Mum is comfortable and well looked after.

Relatives are kept informed of any change of patient's condition and alerted to any cause for concern

I would also like to mention the activities team in particular Cassy..who works tirelessly to provide many fun activities which keep the residents stimulated and engaged,as well as fantastic events and opportunities for social occasions for the visitors of the residents..Well Done to The Village..we appreciate you!

The Village care home has been outstanding in the care for my sister I have seen her smile laugh cry but the staff care for her and other residents as though they are family. I am made welcome every time I visit at least 5 times a week. The staff care for my sister with so much care and love calling her by her name And she responds so well. All staff show respect and dignity to her and she responds well to them saying hello and asking how they are. My sister need continuous care and this has been provided by care staff and nurses management and domestic staff. Previous to this care my sister who was in a care home who provided dementia care they couldn't cope with my sisters condition and she escaped from there and police bought her back they then said she had a fall and was admitted to hospital this had a Nagorno-Karabakh impact on her. I can only say thank goodness The Village came to the rescue they were amazing from day one I can't thank them enough they have been fabulous.

I would like to say a big thank you to all staff on how you looked after MJA .I could find no fault with anyone,. In the last hours of MJA life ,you were all absolutely kind compassionate and very caring .I really did appreciate you all for keeping me informed and you carried out our wishes by keeping MJA pain free and comfortable. and at Baylham. I do hope CQC will be happy on their next visit .Once again a big thank you as MJA was not the easiest of people to look after .Please take care of yourselves Judy

Hi, my wife became a resident in I think the 16th of April 2026, she has settled in to Lakeview very well. The staff are brilliant and very very caring. The activities are very good and varied. The meals are excellent, as are the drinks, my wife's room is well laid out including a nice television. To conclude, it's a very well-run care home.

The lounge area is clean and always well stocked with coffee, tea and biscuits (thank you) . It provides a much nicer space to chat, meet other residents and visitors.

All staff are very helpful nothing is too much trouble for anyone any query regarding my brother is always promptly an professionally dealt with .they treat residents like family with dignity and respect regardless ov age race or gender or disability .

I want to say everyone is so welcoming and friendly its like my second home. The staff are so compassinate and loving not only to the residents but to the families to. Everyone just seems together and gets on really well. I always recommend the village to anyone who asks me i tell them this is Home and people are felt welcomed. The village has given me piece of mind.

All the residents are looked after well and are happy with big smiles. Staff show real compassion love to see them in the garden with loads if activities going on everyone be so happy with big smiles. All the staff encourge residents with activities. Whenever made a phone call always there happy to help day and night. Beautiful food and my brother enjoys it. Amazing support from front of house always greeted with smile from admin and management and they make time to speak to relatives and families, everyone seems happy to work here. Carers are really happy and bulid relationships with residents one big family its beautiful to see always trying to do things different the care is unique

I cannot recommend The Village Nursing Home highly enough.

Excellent care of my late husband who had vascular dementia. He spent 18 months here. And he was well looked after. The staff really looked after him and spent alot of time doing social activities with him such as gardening, table tennis. Bbq's singing for his 90th birthday a month before his death they held a lovely party for him.

Dad was only at Hampton for 4 months but all the team were really caring and thoughtful towards him he loved his time there especially the sports day. We can't thank the staff enough for making his last few months happy ones you are really special people

The care my partner receives here on Keswick is outstanding. The staff treat her with absolutely dignity, respect and genuine affection. It brings me so much peace of mind knowing she is in such safe and kind hands. Thank you to the whole team for your hard work and warm smiles.

The care my mom receives is 100% better than the are home she was a resident of before. The staff are friendly, courteous and informative. Nothing is to much trouble. I am given reassurance when I mention my fears. Unfortunately, moms dementia is worsening but I notice all the staff are patient and kind to her. All of my family agree with my review.

It is a very safe environment.

My husband receives exceptional care. All the staff have taken time to know him as an individual.
