The lounge area is clean and always well stocked with coffee, tea and biscuits (thank you) . It provides a much nicer space to chat, meet other residents and visitors.

All staff are very helpful nothing is too much trouble for anyone any query regarding my brother is always promptly an professionally dealt with .they treat residents like family with dignity and respect regardless ov age race or gender or disability .

I want to say everyone is so welcoming and friendly its like my second home. The staff are so compassinate and loving not only to the residents but to the families to. Everyone just seems together and gets on really well. I always recommend the village to anyone who asks me i tell them this is Home and people are felt welcomed. The village has given me piece of mind.

All the residents are looked after well and are happy with big smiles. Staff show real compassion love to see them in the garden with loads if activities going on everyone be so happy with big smiles. All the staff encourge residents with activities. Whenever made a phone call always there happy to help day and night. Beautiful food and my brother enjoys it. Amazing support from front of house always greeted with smile from admin and management and they make time to speak to relatives and families, everyone seems happy to work here. Carers are really happy and bulid relationships with residents one big family its beautiful to see always trying to do things different the care is unique

I can't thank everyone at The Village Nursing Home enough for the incredible care they gave my Nan, Muriel. From the moment she was transferred from hospital through to her end-of-life care, every member of staff was compassionate, professional, and truly exceptional.

As a family experiencing this for the first time, we were supported every step of the way. The kindness, reassurance, and genuine care shown to us meant more than words can express. It was so comforting to see the wonderful relationships the staff built with Nan, and knowing she was happy and cared for gave us such peace of mind.

One memory I will always treasure is leaving after a visit and looking back through the window to see Nan dancing with one of the carers. Seeing her smile and enjoy that moment filled my heart with happiness and perfectly reflected the love and dignity she was shown every day.

I cannot recommend The Village Nursing Home highly enough.

Dad was only at Hampton for 4 months but all the team were really caring and thoughtful towards him he loved his time there especially the sports day. We can't thank the staff enough for making his last few months happy ones you are really special people

The staff and the facility is amazing. Very clean. they are all attentive.

Since Dad has been here, everything has been excellent. All staff pleasant and helpful.

My mum spent the last 6 months of her life at Hampton Court. I never regretted that choice. The care she received was well above my expectations. She was in the lodge, which was always exceptionally clean, calm and well staffed. Most days, when I arrived to visit a staff member would be sitting with mum, holding her hand and talking to her. Everyone always had her best interests at the centre of everything they did, for which I am truly grateful.

The last year has been difficult for her and she has been in bed since November as frailty prevented her from getting up. The staff have been amazing! The care she has received has been outstanding. The staff loved and cared for her with kindness and compassion. Nothing was too much trouble. She was always clean and fresh, her clothes well maintained and her diet specially thought out. I will never be able to say thank you enough to the staff for all they have done. Xxxx

We have been kept up to date on what is happening. The staff are very reliable, and they treat residents with care and kindness. Bedrooms are lovely, and make sure residents feel comfortable. I would recommend this nursing home to anyone who approaches me. The standards are top, the staff never leave residents on their own, they motivate them, always something going on. To put people's minds at rest can visits then go home and not worry. The loved ones are looked after 24 hrs.

Thank all the staff at the home. Mom was looked after very well in her last few hours. The home was lovely and clean, and the staff very caring. They made my mom very comfortable in her passing, and as a family, we are all very grateful. You are all worth your weight in gold.

Mom moved to Hampton Court in June 2025 and was a resident in The Lodge due to her challenging behaviour. She lived there until she passed away in December 2025. I always found the staff in the lodge to be very caring, professional and approachable. Mom was always clean, tidy and well presented in her own clothes. The home was always spotlessly clean, and her wardrobe/room was very tidy. When mom was at end of life in hosptial, the lodge agreed to have mom back for her last few days. She was treated with absolute dignity. We couldn't have asked for better care.

I had my mother in the care Home for palliative care, the care and respect that was given i could not have imagined .The professionalism of the staff the cleanliness of this facility was outstanding. I couldn't have wished for a better place for my mother to be, Nothing was to much trouble and any questions I needed were answered fully. From the staff in reception to the Careers ,Nurses ,Matrons and catering department i would recommend this unit,

I am always made welcome when I visit Christine, no matter which day or time I arrive. The overall tidiness and cleanliness of the home is always of the highest standard.

Overall, Hampton Court Care Home is very, very good.

Overall, things seem to be generally good, with caring and attentive staff. I do have experience of another care home I used to visit daily. There seemed to be much more entertainment and many activities there (two dedicated staff for this), and they had large TVs. Other than this, everything is fine.

It is a massive relief to know he is in such safe, friendly and capable hands. I highly recommend this home to any family looking for truly compassionate care.
