Arden House is spotlessly clean and provides a range of activities for the residents to enjoy. But above all the staff are caring, friendly and helpful. I'm very pleased with our choice.
Thank you Jo for your kind comments. I will pass these onto the team in our next meeting. As always, if you need anything, just let us know.
Thank you Arden House for the great care and respect shown to mum since we made the hard discission to move her to full time care .
Thank you Jan for your Kind words, I will pass them onto the team as it reinforces that they are truly appreciated. It's wonderful to know that yours and M's experience is positive, and your feedback encourages us to continue delivering the best care and support.
My father has been a resident here now for over 12 months now and he loves it - all the staff are kind and caring. I visit him every day and if he has a problem the staff are quick to listen and help or reassure him
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a kind and positive review. Your feedback means a great deal to us and truly motivates the team to continue delivering the highest standard of care and support. We are delighted to know that your father's experience has been so positive, and we...
My friend has been at Arden House Leamington Spa for the past two and a half years. I visit him weekly and have always found the staff excellent - efficient, polite and friendly. There is a good atmosphere there.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your views. Your kind words mean a lot to us and truly motivate the team to keep delivering the best care and support possible. We greatly appreciate your feedback and look forward to continuing to provide a positive experience for both you and G.
I have visited many care homes over the years (in a professional capacity) and I can honestly say that Arden House is one of the very best. It is spotlessly clean, well staffed and well managed. Food, activities and medical supervision are all of a high standard. I have no worries at all about the level of care my mum in receiving.
Thank you for your positive review, I will feed your kind words back to the team. I appreciate you taking the time to share it with us.
Amazing place me mum is so happy everyone makes her feel respected and part of a big family. She enjoys the food and activities and she is never left out or ignored. Thank you so much for letting her feel like she is at home rather than in a home
Thank you for your kind words and positive feedback. We are thrilled to hear that your mother is happy and is enjoying her time here. Thank you for your support, Best regards.
Thanks to the wonderful manager for all her help and effort to navigate the procedures of our local authority to ensure my mother in law has a safe place in Arden House. Every member of staff we have met is caring, kind, polite and repectful. I can rest easy knowing my mother in law is in the very best of hands.
Thank you for your kind words. I'm really pleased with how everything turned out and so glad she's settling in well with us.
I really cant thank you enough
It has been just short of 4 years
Since mum moved in with all her stuff
It was a hard decision made
But as it turns out the right one!
You all welcomed mum with such love
And you embraced her sense of fun
Once we had all pictures up
And of course, one of Elvis too
Mum was at home in chosen room
And that is thanks to all of you
Even days when i was struggling
You were all there to comfort me
Calmness and professionalism
All of us received constantly
From keeping mum simulated
encouraging her to join in
It was lovely receiving pics
Especially of her cheeky grin
I could continue with much more
But everything comes to an end
Thank you all from deep in my heart
I will remain an Arden friend
Thank you for your lovely words. You will always be a friend of Arden, welcome anytime.
All the staff as they are on every visit were so welcoming, friendly, helpful and yet each staff member is extremely professional too. I really do feel like our mum is part of a huge warm caring family.
Hi Kate, thank you for your kind words and positive feedback, I will let the team know, especially the activities assistant. We are thrilled to hear that you had a great experience with us. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. Your review motivates us to continue delivering the best service possible. Thank you for your support. Best regards.
The staff are lovely. Very helpful and caring. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The manager is always available when needed. Overall I have no complaints.
Thank you for your review. I will pass your lovely comments onto the team. Thank you
My dad was a resident at Arden for the last three and a bit years. After suffering a memory condition and having multiple falls at home, we decided he needed more care than my brother and I could give. Arden quickly became my first choice as hard a decision as it was we have never looked back. The level of care and attention shown to Dad was outstanding. I wish it were possible to thank every member of staff as they were all brilliant, but obviously that is not possible. He was always well fed and looked after, kept clean and safe. Dad was essentially quite a private man so didn't necessarily socialise or join in with many activities. He was however always given the opportunity to do so. He has now sadly passed away and his final weeks were difficult to see but the level of care he received went above and beyond in my opinion. I personally would not hesitate to recommend Arden to anyone considering it as an option. Once again my heartfelt thanks to all of the Arden staff.
Thank you, I will pass your kind words onto the team. Your father will truly be missed by all at Arden House.
My mother was in the care of Arden House, she was a very awkward customer! She was made very comfortable all the time she spent there, and was always looked after well - brilliant staff. She always had food issues from day one, catering staff encouraged me to try and help, it didn't work, but they kept trying. She took to certain members of staff better than others, didn't like change, very set in her ways, preferred to stay in her room and not socialise, one member of staff in particular was always there for her, even on the day she died, nothing was too much trouble for her, very much appreciated. Many many thanks from me and her two grandsons and her granddaughter abroad.
My sister has lived in Arden House for about 11 months. She is very well looked after; I observe that she enjoys a good rapport with the staff. She is in good spirits when I visit which is usually once weekly or once fortnightly. She is clean, her clothes are clean and her bedroom is clean and tidy. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. I have complete confidence in Arden House and the care it provides for my sister.
As always, thank you for your kind words. I do enjoy giving positive feedback to the team, however, I feel it is important for them to see what a wonderful job they do.
From the outset, all of the team made her feel incredibly welcome and made the transition extremely smooth. The manager was also fantastically helpful to us in navigating the various administrative processes involved with social workers, the local authority and with healthcare providers.
The environment at Arden is wonderful, it is always very clean, warm and comfortable, and there are daily activities for all of the residents to participate in. Our family have always felt reassured that Mum is in the best hands and being fully taken care of. We couldn't recommend Arden House and the team highly enough!
Thank you for your kind review. It is always nice to hear positive feedback.
I think this place is adequate for its purpose. The staff are alright, they come across as friendly and efficient and they do their job very well. My friend gets on with the residents very well, my friend likes her room very much and likes the food in there.
Thank you for your review. It is always nice for the team to hear they are doing well.
I have found Arden House to be very satisfactory. The staff are friendly, caring and helpful. The general ambience is warm and gives a sense of security.
Thank you for taking the time to review us. It is nice to hear you have settled in and are happy here.
Excellent meeting today with the home manager. She put my mind at rest about a number of issues. She listened well and showed she knew my mother as a person and an individual which really matters to me. She explained things clearly and offered a care review meeting which we will arrange shortly. Altogether very satisfied.
Thank you for your review Paul. Also thank you for the support you continue to give Arden House.
My husband has been cared for for two months by a team of dedicated people.
Thank you Muriel, not just for your wonderful review, but also for your continued support of our home. Kind Wishes, Aimee
My Mum passed away last month at 102, and Arden House had been her home for the past eight years. When she became a resident it was because of physical disability, however, she developed dementia which became progressively worse to the point where she was a frail and confused soul. Throughout her long stay at Arden House I have always felt that she was getting the best possible care, support and attention from a lovely team of people - and I know that she could be sometimes quite challenging! The quality of the care provided was particularly noticeable in the last few weeks of her life. I cannot recommend Arden House highly enough - a huge thank you from me
Thank you for your kind words, I will pass them on to all here at Arden House.
Although my mother was only in the home for a very short time we cannot fault the care she and we received. At all times she/we were treated with dignity and respect. It was definitely a home from home. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. It was a real shame that she was not there longer to enjoy it more. It was comforting to know in her words how happy she was there written in her diary that we found after her death. To know she didn't die alone and died happy was all we could ask for. Thank you.
