I have visited the home many times over the last three years. The residents are always clean and well presented and the home sells clean. The staff are kind and caring and nothing is too much trouble for them. The catering and entertainment looks 1st class. If my family needed to be in a home I wouldn't even look at any other homes. This home is really good.

After a difficult beginning to the year, she came in March 2021 and settled in well. The staff were great getting her settled and putting my mind at rest and keeping me fully informed. The situation was difficult with the Covid restrictions but I was given lots of support by the staff, managed to talk to her on the phone every day initially and visits once a week once the guidelines allowed.

Always clean and obviously well looked after.

My mom has been a resident of Linden Lodge since February 2021 during this time mom has settled in well and is very happy, she has been very well looked after by all the staff and has made some good friends. Mom has also commented on how lovely the food is here. We as a family are very grateful to the care staff to the service they provide and how well they care for mom and how safe she feels.

The girls are very friendly and residents are very well cared for plus the food always looks and smells fabulous. Due to Covid I feel that all the staff have done an excellent job of caring in a pandemic and keeping morale as high as possible in extremely difficult circumstances. Love you all!

The carers/home provided all of the necessary requirement to a high standard and better than others we visited prior to coming here.

Her welfare is catered for in medical terms, and nothing seems too much trouble for those looking after her. Facilities, activities, food and drink are very good; given the wide variety of residents ailments which the home needs to accommodate.

Also, Mother enjoys the friendly atmosphere.
