Lovely care home whom provide exceptional care, nothing is too much trouble we felt very happy that we could leave mum for respite care in the knowledge that she would be very well looked after. From the managers down to the care assistants the level of care that mum received was just wonderful, the staff are very supportive and would make time to have a chat and put your mind at rest. We have no worries about mum having a place at The Stables hopefully in the near future.

Mum went into The Stables care home for a two week respite break. Whilst in there the management/staff/carers involved us all as a family and we were always made to feel very welcome and put at ease whilst mum was in their care. It's a lovely professional family run home and only having seven rooms each resident is treated with care and kindness. Everyone that visited mum commented on how well she looked and was being well looked after and how the staff treated the other residents and commented on what a lovely place The Stables is. Will have no hesitation in using The Stables again or recommending it to others. Excellent Thank you!

A wonderful care home that supported Mum and us from day one. The staff are exceptional and all are fantastic. They have helped Mum settle in so quickly and I can already see a dramatic improvement in Mum. The home itself is a home from home, cosy and safe, and Mum settled within just two weeks. She feels happy, safe and enjoys everybody's company. The care standards are high and consistent. Brilliant team. Thank you.

After what was a difficult decision to place Mum into a care home, the management and staff/carers at The Stables have supported us with care and compassion. I feel Mum's needs are being met. We are always made to feel welcome when visiting. Nothing is too much trouble. It is an excellently run care home.

The Stables is a real home for my friend and the staff are extremely caring. The care given is, without doubt, second to none and if I had to be in a care home, this is the one I would choose.

The care and attention offered to my wife and me have been nothing short of exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble and every member of staff has a wonderful attitude toward residents and visitors. I feel very lucky that I managed to get a place here. I had heard nothing but good reports about the home and there has been no exaggeration. Wonderful place.

Very pleasant experience at The Stables. Warmly greeted, test taken for Covid - showed to be negative. Allowed to have lunch with my brother, a patient at this facility. Delicious cooked meal with dessert, served in a separate dining area to be private. Courtesy and kindness.

I had not seen my friend for a few years and I found him looking well, happy and very well cared for. This is such a wonderful place for him. I am not able to comment on activities, security and management but I am sure they are all very good. The Stables very kindly gave me lunch in the conservatory along with my friend and his sister. Thank you, a delight to be here.

A very friendly and welcoming home for our dad. He has lived here for 7-years, and it is best described as "home from home". All the staff are so caring and make us feel welcome every time we visit. Can highly recommend it as an excellent care home. All the residents seem very happy and well looked after.

My mother moved care homes on Christmas Eve. The staff at The stables went out of their way to make this possible for us, and we all referred to it as a Christmas miracle. On arrival, my mother was depressed, scared and not eating, withing a week, her depression had lifted and she has started eating again. Mum has nothing but praise for all the staff and has on many occasions told me that it is like living in a 5-star hotel and that the food, care, staff and attention to detail provided is amazing. If you are lucky enough to be offered a place at The Stables, take it without hesitation.

My dear, late mother was a resident at The Stables care home for 2 and a half years until she passed away last month. The kindness, care and compassion shown to my Mum (and also to me) has been exceptional and I cannot find adequate words to praise and thank the management and every member of staff. They have created a 'family' environment and the level of care and genuine love my dear Mum received is something I will be forever grateful for.

My wife and I were very impressed with the care my mother received when she contracted Covid-19 in late November. The manager was wonderful at keeping me and my family fully updated on a daily basis, caring for her every need, which when you live 235 miles away, is so very reassuring. The staff are always caring and professional; this shows with how the home is ran. She could not have been in a better place during this awful time.

The Stables at Hartshill is very much a home from home, with only seven residents, each receives an unusual amount of personal attention, which larger care homes cannot offer. The staff are all friendly and considerate to the needs of residents who are treated like family. They are also kept in the picture.
