My father-in-law went to Woodville for two weeks of respite care. Initially very wary, after two weeks, he told us he wished to stay permanently. He felt safe and enjoyed the company. We found everyone to be courteous, friendly and helpful. The care was excellent, and my father-in-law's needs were taken
into consideration. Sadly his stay was short due to illness, however, the home was able to have him back from the hospital at very short notice and provide end of life care in a calm dignified way.

Overall Experience 4.0 out of 5
The staff organised a 'pub' afternoon for Halloween - the dining room was decorated and set out like a pub, staff wore fancy dress, and we had a really lovely time singing old-time songs. The residents that were there had a wonderful time, so lovely to see them joining in with all the songs. Many thanks
to the staff - those who organised this, and those who came in on their day off to support it!
