My name is Tez Burbank, I am the Care manager of Enderby Grange. I have worked for ALA Care Ltd since 1998, previously at one of the sister homes, undertaking the position of night care assistant.
I then proceeded to become a senior night care assistant and was then promoted to Deputy Manager, until being transferred to the newly built Enderby Grange where I took on the position of Care Manager in 2003.
I have worked in care for over 15 years and after taking a 2-year IT Admin/Accounts course at College, I am now qualified to deal with all the IT/accounts/records related to Residents and Staff.
