All care is of a good standard and the staff are kind and caring, at times they do seem to have a lot of work for the amount of staff on duty. The rooms are comfortable but could do with decorating, new curtains and brighter overhead light. New flooring in the corridors and communal areas are much nicer.

All bedrooms are in process of having a full re-decoration to go in-line with new flooring and furniture recently acquired. Staffing levels are increasing due to new fully experienced staff coming on board to us at Saffron House.
