I am cared FOR very well at the Cedars. My Bedroom is always clean + Tidy and the staff are very helpful. I enjoy some of the activities including the BINGO now it is summer I love to sit outside and do some Puzzles.

Overall Experience

The staff do an excellent job of caring for my father. The building is well designed, bright and open space. It's also very clean with lovely rooms. I'm immediately contacted over any issues with my father and kept up to date. Any concerns are dealt with promptly and positively. He enjoys all the meals and is very comfortable at The Cedars. The family are all pleased with his care.

Lovely helpful staff who look after residents with great care and kindness.

Since my mother-in-law has been at eagle view she has improved massively I cannot believe the change she looks so well she is far more outgoing, she smiles a great deal more than she has done in a long long time, I just cannot believe the difference in her, my partner her daughter cannot believe how well she looks it is a great relief to all the family very much appreciated thank you for all your kindness

I find the care given to my Aunt and Uncle to be of a very high standard. They always appear clean and well cared for, even putting on weight. We have no hesitation in recommending this home, it is not all frills, but the care is exceptional and that's what matters. Our Aunt and Uncle reside at Florence Grogan Care Home. As they are married the home have accomodated them in bedrooms next to each other. The care is very good and if they have any concerns they always phone me. I have taken my granddaughter in to see a family member on numerous occasions as she asks every time to go see them the home is a lovely place always receive an inviting welcome from the staff and managers they can't do enough to make you feel welcome always offered refreshments the place is immaculately cleaned and always smells lovely on arrival the other residents are always happy and will engage in conversation especially with my granddaughter couldn't ask for a nicer place for my relative to spend there latter days at would definitely recommend wheelstone care home to my friends and family well done to all the care staff and managers for making it a amazing home and for my relative to be in and also for our family and friends to visit

My dad wanted to go into Wealstone to be with his wife.
Ian kindly took him on board, knowing that my dad hadn't settled at Florence Grogan.
My stepmother moved to another care homemore suited to her needs.
My dad rarely gets involved in indoor activities.
As an ex cyclist and golfer, He does, however, love the tricycle runs . Shouts take us to the nearest pub.
The staff have a soft spot for him, I think they like the Scottish accent.
He has a great appetite and loves his food piping hot. Which it sometimes isn't!
On contacting Ian he does take it up with the catering staff.
The home is currently going under a complete renovation/rebuild.

Looking at the plans it will be fantastic once completed.

Warm atmosphere nothing is to much trouble .always made welcome whatever time of the day you go even get asked would we like a drink . Rooms are basic but very clean and you can bring anything you need to make it feel like your back at home lovely staff well done Gleavewood .

Eagles View provides outstanding care in a warm, friendly, and welcoming environment.
The staff are kind, compassionate, and always treat residents with dignity and respect. It's clear they genuinely care about everyone's wellbeing, and I would highly recommend this care home to anyone looking for excellent support for a loved one.

Family members are made so welcome when they visit, and all of the staff go over and above to help with any questions or information that may be needed.

From day 1 my nanna was so welcomed & the whole family was, every visit with my nanna there is always team members asking if need drinks/food or even just a chat, which means everything to us as my nanna is 96 years old, nothing is to much trouble & will help her to the lovely dinner room.

My wife's Mum has been in the Hawthorns for over 6 months now and we can honestly say that she has received excellent care from the lovely, friendly staff and management team.
