Our mum is 96 years old. The family home was sold some years ago and she has since lived in another home, her wish was always to come to Gleavewood. Early days but all is good, the staff go above and beyond so so friendly and welcoming which makes us as a family very grateful. Mum has a lovely room,
food and all the ongoing care is amazing what a great team at Gleavewood. Thank you all so much.

When mum came she was very unsettled, packed her bags everyday. It was too much trouble for the staff to put it away. This went on for a while, but mum absolutely loves it now. Mum would say the staff our brilliant and they look after, well nothing is too much trouble.

The care that mum receives at Hillcrest is first class. The staff are friendly and caring and always willing to go above and beyond to help. Since mum has been at Hillcrest, her whole demeanour has changed. She is much happier and content than she has been for a considerable time. That speaks volumes!

My mum has been in Croftwood for over 6 years now and we have been extremely happy with the care she receives. The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. They are like mums extended family and treat her like their own. The home is very clean and the food is always very good quality
and a good variety. They keep us regularly updated on mums health and welfare and get in touch as soon as there is a problem.

Just wanted to say that when I visited my friend, I noticed the carers went above and beyond in the care they provided to all. On the day I visited, miniature donkeys were on display for residents, excellent visit for residents. Front of house staff amazing.

I sit with my wife every day, so I see how Cheaney Court works. This si with my wifes car and also other residents, some of whom are very difficult. All get good care, there is a very good working relationship between carers & nursing staff. All staff are so good with the residents. I feel very lucky
that my wife is in Cheaney Court Care Home.

She was welcomed but at first was a little reserved due to new surroundings. Its good to see how she's settled and enjoys the community activities. Its wonderful to see a smile on her face. Always a pleasure to visit mum at Croftwood. The whole team are amazing and nothing is too much trouble for them. Best decision I made almost two years ago now when I had to make a very sad decision but it was definitely the right place for my mum.

My mum has been living at this care home for the past three months, and as a family, we honestly couldn't be more grateful for the care, love, and support she has received.
From the management team to every single carer, the staff are absolutely wonderful. They treat Mum with such kindness, patience,
dignity, and genuine affection that it gives us complete peace of mind knowing she is in such caring hands.
Since moving in, Mum has come on so much. She is happier and enjoys being part of the home. Seeing such a positive change in her means the world to us and has brought so much happiness to our family. The staff take the time to get to know each resident as an individual, and it really shows in the way they care for them.


The home is always spotless, welcoming, There are plenty of activities and opportunities for residents to socialise, laugh, and enjoy themselves, creating a lovely atmosphere

My husband has settled in very well at Garswood House. His room is large, clean and overlooking the garden. The staff are wonderful with him, each and everyone of them. It's taking a little time for them to get to know his level of need, because he can be deceptive, but I'm certain that this is the
perfect place for him. It's party day today, celebration of David Attenboroughs 100 years with balloons, games and live music. Wonderful.
