Staff also make time to sit & chat to families & are happy to give updates on their relatives, you are always left feelin reassured your family member is being well cared for. after her hospital stay. Eagle View is a modern facility and therefore its facilities are good, it is clean and visiting is a positive experience. My mother is a sociable person and I have noticed her mood has improved being in a positive environment and the home has organised trips out. No-one wants to place a relative in a care home but when it becomes essential to protect their wellbeing I think Eagle View is a good option.

The move to Eagle View has been an excellent decision. All the staff have been extremely supportive and the few small issues we've had have been dealt with immediately.

As a family we have been unfortunate enough with other relatives to have the experience of multiple care homes for other family members, and I can say hand on heart that Eagle View is the best. The care, consideration, respect and love (in the absence of their loved ones) is second to none. They take the time to listen to their residents, are always striving to enrich their daily lives and ensure maximum communication with family. Cannot recommend highly enough.
