Since my father entered Sovereign House he has been very happy with the staff and his accommodation! The staff are friendly, supportive and always willing to help.

It is always a pleasure to visit my old friend wtih Holy Communion. She is well looked after. The staff are welcoming and always attend to us straight away if we need help. eg to raise the pillow level.

Staff are always friendly and happy to assist. Jackie is getting used to being at Sovereign House and seems to be making some friends.

Over several visits, I have always found my brother-in-law well cared for. HE is always in good spirits. I find the staff to be attentive to all his needs, often dealing with sometimes complex issues, in a very professional manner. They go to great lengths to a lay any concerns that I may have. I feel that nothing is too much bother. They show patience and understanding. I am so grateful to all the staff who work together to make his life comfortable and healthy as possible.

My brother has been at Karam Court for approximately one year now. During the whole of this time I have received nothing but reassurance and appropriate advice and understanding from staff. I have been overwhelmed by the knowledge and care given by staff, who have always responded promptly to any questions / points I raise. My brother has benefited so much from being at Karam Court, and I thank the staff for their hard work and commitment.

The care team have provided excellent support. The management have always been available to advise and offer advice, and the care team have worked together with myself to help my father settle in and adjust as easy as possible. The nurses are rotated between the 3 weeks, but they always call and involve me in any decisions regarding hospital, medication changes and the way forward. The carers are rotated between floor which good variety of interaction and relationship making it more interesting for patients. They have involved me in everything which makes good working relationships and everyone agreeing on correct support for the safe and best welfare of my father.

My mum is currently being cared for at sovereign house and I must say what a wonderful place this is, they treat my mum with the most compassion, dignity and respect I couldn't wish for a better place for her. The care and nursing team are all lovely and equally all staff within the home, the manager is always available for us to talk to. I would definitely recommend this care home because they do exactly that, care for our loved ones.

My mum has been a resident for just over a year now. The staff are very caring and professional. They really know her and pay attention to her particular needs. The lounge looks into a a small well maintained garden which is easily accessible. There are many and varied events to entertain the residents. These include musicians, games, crafts, historical items and animal visits. There are frequent updates on Facebook where I can see my mum is involved and stimulated. Thank you!

Whenever visiting the staff always make us feel very welcome and they go above and beyond in caring for our sister in law. I would recommend this care home if asked.

My mom has been looked after at Wordsley Hall for just over two years. At first mom wasn't happy as she didn't want to leave her home but her condition - Vascular Dementia led her to being incapable of caring for herself, and has started to wonder off making it unsafe for her on her own. Wordsley Hall staff have been incredible with their patience, and care, and understanding by making mom feel happy and safe. She is enjoying her life there now. She loved the activities organised, crafts, and joins in the entertainment, she's a different woman now. Thanks to the wonderful staff who have become her family. Its a pleasure to visit her. Thank you, always feel welcome.

Excellent care home. Care staff seems very good. Most of the staff have been there the seven years my sister has been there.

My mother was a resident at Sovereign House following discharge from hospital by the NHS. She was mostly bedridden and needed a lot of care and nursing support. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. They went the extra mile to make my mother's stay comfortable.

My aunt was welcomed into Wordsley Hall in February 2025 and was always cared for and provided for by a very caring team. I noticed that all of the residents were treated with respect, compassion and a sense of humour. It struck me as a happy place, and we would like to thank the management and staff for all the love and care they gave my aunt and sympathies on her sudden death. Thank you all.

Wordsley Hall is a very good home, and all the staff are very kind and caring. I have had two members of my family at the home. Mother and aunty and they were looked after and cared for till the end. My mother passed away 3 years ago, and when my aunty had to go into a home, we had no hesitation to get her into Wordsley Hall. We knew she would be well looked after. She sadly passed away on 9th October 2025.

Quite a few questions cannot be answered, as when we visit, we have not seen her room and we try to keep away from eating times. Seems clean enough from what we have seen. Never seen anyone doing activities, so cannot comment. When we arrive, we are shown to a room to see my sister in law. Some rooms are better than others. The train station is particularly can be very busy and sometimes doors are open and you can see people in bed etc. Staff and management are very good, always friendly and cheerful.

I have been at this home for the last 5 years now. I love it, the staff are very welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble.

We cannot find the words to express how grateful we are to all the staff at Wordsley Hall, for the care they gave my father in law during his time with them. They treated him like one of their own. He was kept clean, well fed, entertained, and above all, safe.

It's a daunting task moving an elderly relative into a care home and their sensitivity and evident skill in caring for older people made the process so much easier.

All the staff are so friendly and helpful and the love and care for my wife's Mum, is incredible. A special mention for one of the carers, she always has a smile on her face and nothing is too much trouble. A Wonderful lady. I would also like to thank another member of staff. I arrived today at Sovereign House with a flat tyre, he fitted my spare tyre for me. What a Wonderful man. Both of them are a credit to Sovereign House.
