Living nearby, I'd heard some negative remarks about Grenville over the years, but all of those were when the home was under the previous ownership/management. After meeting the lovely manager (Abby) though, I felt much happier as she showed me around and allayed any concerns. Mum settled in well and I quickly realised I had made the right decision. From day one she seemed so much more happy than she had been living on her own. An amazing range of activities are put on for the residents which Mum regularly got involved with. I think she really enjoyed meeting all the animal visitors and the children from the local nursery and school. All the staff were so friendly and treated Mum with such kindness. She was always clean and well presented, and smiling when I went to visit her. I always left knowing she was safe and well looked after. I sincerely thank the entire team for the care and love you gave to Mum during her time as part of the Grenville 'family'. Highly recommended.

My wife spent 2 years at the care home. She died there April 9th 2025. The management and all the staff I cannot thank them enough for the care and dignity they gave her and my family. So much so I now volanteer three days a week and see them even better close up. They have given me a reason for getting up in the morning.

My experience of Grenville Court has been very good. The staff are always pleasant and courteous and care for residents very well in my opinion.

Every one working at Grenville Court excellent looking after my wife also me when visiting nothing is to much trouble from the staff.

I think all the staff I have met at Grenville are exceptional, very professional and they are all so friendly and so caring in what can be a very difficult and demanding job. I am very happy to know that my mother is in a safe place and looked after. I would highly recommend this home to anyone having to make the difficult decision to move their loved ones in to residential care.

The staff at Grenville Court have provided my wife with the highest possible care and support. They treat her with dignity and love, always ensuring she is comfortable and safe. A truly supportive environment that aims for and achieves a family atmosphere. The staff are always helpful and caring even to residents families. I can personally vouch for massive support from the manager down as I struggle with my wife's dementia journey. This is a care home that I trust completely. There is a full and imaginative range of activities that enhance life here.

Mum has been at Grenville over a year and I am eternally grateful for all they do and have done for her. Her move there saw a lot of problems for mum but with the help and support of some amazing staff (Penny) amongst others) she has settled better than I thought she would. She is safe and well cared for and, any questions I've needed to know have been answered. No one and nothing is perfect and there is always room for improvement but, that stands for all of us in life. All of the staff play a vital role in caring for the residents and if it wasn't for all of them (in doing a job that we unfortunately can't do ourselves) it would slowly fall apart. I applaud you all for the job you do and thank you from the bottom of my heart

Heartfelt thanks regarding the care of our mum, I want to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible care our mum has received since joining you for initially respite care. what began as a short-term stay has transitioned into mum becoming a permanent resident, and we couldn't be happier with this decision. This was our first experience with a care home, and we were naturally anxious. However, the transition has been amazing, I cannot praise your facility and staff enough. Every member of the team is absolutely wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble, and I am always touched by the fact that the staff members know me by name when I visit. Most importantly, our mums quality of life has improved significantly since she arrived. I truly don't know where she would be without this caring Care home and level of care she receives Granville Court provides many activities during the week and Mum often engages in these. Thank you all, we have our mum back.

Grenville Court looked after my Mum from March 2025 until January 2026. The whole team gave my Mum incredible support and kept me well informed of her health and wellbeing. Mum was very comfortable and settled within the care home and they helped us all along through her end of life journey with care, respect and dignity. Cannot express how wonderful Grenville carehome. Your treated with the utmost respect and become part of a family. I have recommended Grenville to friends who have had to make the same decision we as a family had to do.

On a positive note, I can say that three female members of the caring staff stood out from the rest and provided an excellent standard of care, for which I have thanked them.

Amazing place lovely friendly carers the home has amazing activities for residents it's clean and we are very much keep up to date with care plans and any medical issues that come about would fully recommend this home

Visited from our home in Petersfield Hants to view the Grenville and meet the lovely staff who had looked after our relative. We had viewed the Home On Line & been told all about it. We were made so very welcome and all we had been told was confirmed. Great home great staff great facility.

We honestly can't praise the staff enough-they do a fantastic job and clearly care deeply about the residents.

Grenville Court provides fantastic care in a loving and supportive environment for my father in law. We chose it because they also provided outstanding care for my mother in law 2 years ago. The manager and the team have the very best interests of all the care users, the range of activities is fabulous, the recent 'virtual' trips abroad is creative and inspiring. The restaurant is great. Most of all the staff make this home exceptional ..you couldn't ask for more caring, nurturing and supportive staff.

The events coordinators always provided a wide variety of activities including animal visits, which my mother really enjoyed. It also included exercise afternoons which was great for mobility. She was always treated with dignity and respect.
