Find overall find the nursing care home adequate, staff seem to be nice, and residents are well looked after. When visiting seems to be quite clean, disappointing for parking, pity there aren't more spaces.

I go to the Woodland Care Home every Tuesday to see a very close friend. Everyone is very friendly, the carers to the residents.

Mum had been in Ancliffe for 3 years until she passed away in july this year, mum was well looked after and the staff are amazing, the care mum received was brilliant and she loved the staff and so did all off us, the food was excellent and mum enjoyed everything she was given, there was lots of activities but mum didn't really join in. I would like to take this opportunity to say a Big Thank You to everyone who works at Ancliffe Care Home keep up the good work.

Dad is very happy coming in for Respite, the staff are lovely, treat everyone like family.

My dad has a good relationship with the staff & other residents and I feel that all his wants & needs are taken care of. His room is always clean & tidy. He has enjoyed quite a few trips out lately.

My nan moved in last month and we are very happy with the care she is receiving. She is encouraged by the carers daily to partake in activities and she only has positive things to say about 'the girls'.

Lorraine has settled into Lyndhurst very well, prior to her going in she was very addgitated and nervous but the staff have been brilliant talking to her and reassuring her everything will be ok, on my resent visit she told me she was happy and felt better than she as for a long time. I have no concerns that she is being looked after, it really is a lovely place to visit and staff are amazing.

Staff really friendly + helpful my friend/neighbour can be hard work but they have been brilliant with her. Home is immaculatley clean + tidy

I believe the home is the best home my mum should live. It is clean and the staff give the care my mum needs. I feel comfortable my mum living there. I have no concerns or complaints at all. I know i can speak to a member of staff at anytime.

My husband went into respite at thorley house for a week, , when we picked him today he was extremely happy, he was very clean well kept and shaved, he was chatty, as much as Fred can, his mobility was better which was lovely to see. Mel and her team are brilliant, very friendly, always available and willing to help, which is a godsend for myself and my family who know that he is safe and well cared for why we have a break, i would definitely 100% recommend thorley house to anyone who is thinking of using a care home , many thanks mel and Co x

Both mum and myself were apprehensive about mum going into a residential care home for respite. However, she soon settled in and was made to feel very welcome and cared for by the staff and soon made friends with the other residents

I think that the staff are great and will have a laugh with you.

I have had issues with missing things, easter egg, socks new top and wedding ring. All reported to management. The activities are good with excellent staff leading. What I find off putting is the smell of urine in the corridors, especially in the morning. The staff are excellent and very caring. Overall my wife is happy here she gets on very well with the staff. Obviously she would rather be at home but unfortunately I am unable to look after her. I would recommend this care home because of the staff.

Initially I spent two periods of respite at Lyndhurst were I was treated extremely well by the staff. When it became necessary to become a full time resident I had no reservations returning to Lyndhurst. They continued to provide excellent care, and ensuring my everyday needs are met. My wishes regarding privacy have been met at all times. I am able to interact with all staff members which greatly reacts to my daily routine and overall well being.

My experience regarding my god mum is now less causing anxiety and stress as we all as a family know she is cared for with respect and kindness. Her safety is vital.
