A lovely friendly family atmosphere. No doubt benefiting from being a small home. Your staff are superb. They are really friendly and lovely towards the residents and visitors. Obviously attitudes emenate from above this the management team must be equally good.

My brother has lived at Ideal Home for nearly 20 years.
Many of the staff have been involved with the care of my brother since he arrived at Ideal Home. We regard the staff as members of our family. I have always been made aware of any issues that have risen, and have been especially supported during
the latest admission/discharge from hospital.
It was appreciated when my brother turned 70 years. A room was provided and a delightful buffet for our small group.

I find Mum's home excellent, the staff are so lovely and nice. I have no worries over Mum's care and safety. She always looks clean, tidy and comfortable, always smiling.

I have always found the staff to be very helpful and they are always concerned about my mother's well-being. She is very tidy and the staff always make sure she is well turned out. She is happy with her home and always states that the food is very good. I know that the care she is given is more than
satisfactory, we have been notified if she is unwell.

My experience of Ideal Home, the home is always very clean and tidy and find the staff very helpful when I visit the wife. I always find her clean and tidy, the food they have always looks well presented and the staff are willing to help the wife with her food when needed. The staff let me know when
there is a problem. I always feel she is well looked after in every way. The rooms they have are more than adequate.

My mum has been in Ideal Home, Shrewsbury since October 2023vand she is so happy and settled. The staff are lovely with her. Always offered a cup of tea or coffee. I feel settled knowing my mum is being well looked after, it's like one big, happy family there.

My mother-in-law has been her three months, has settled in well and is happy. She is well looked after, clean and tidy, as is her bedroom which is also of a good size, her laundry is also nicely done. The staff are kind and respectful and are able to meet her needs, she has a lovely relationship with
staff. The manager is always readily available, she will address any concerns or questions I have, her door is always open. Mum-in-law is happy, safe and well cared for, so glad she's here.

My mother-in-law has been/is very happy here and has settled very well. We are extremely pleased with her care. He laundry is beautifully done and put away tidily. The home has no 'smell' which shows the cleanliness of the home. Staff are wonderful, very caring and polite. All in all, so glad she is
here.

Our brother was very happy at Ideal Home, he felt at home, in a friendly, caring, family environment
The staff always had individual time for him and were very caring and attentive, nothing too much trouble.
His bedroom was a good size, clean and well presented. He was encouraged to have his personal
furniture and possessions. His clothes etc freshly laundered.
Family visits welcomed with tea and biscuits offered, staff always available for updates.
