When I came to visit my mum recently, the staff were very welcoming as always. Mum was very happy and content, and was clean and tidy, which is very comforting to see. The staff work very hard to make sure the smooth running of the home and that residents are happy. The home appears to have a brilliant management team, which reflects on the staff. Which is always good to see. Staff only perform if treated fairly and with respect.

Respite care for my mother in law has been exceptional Florence Grogan house has been nothing short of amazing from staff to cleanliness of the home is fabulous my mother in law with dementia thinks she is staying in a hotel a great comfort to my partner who was the sole carer for her mother we are both very happy with the care my mother in law is receiving

My father in law has been a resident for a few years now & absolutely loves living here. We were worried about him being transferred to a home but wow were we wrong because he's living his best life. He loves all the staff & they love him. The events & activities are made to cover every residents needs & interest. Relatives & friends are welcome to join in as well which is always fun. Everyone is welcoming.My mum has been at the home for nearly 2years and has always been well looked after, they have many activities that the residents can attend and enjoy, they have outings, disco's, birthday parties for residents to celebrate. Plus much much more. From cleaners to cooks to nursing staff each member of the team are outstanding within their rolls at the home. All residents are always happy. I know my mum is always looked after and never have to worry.
