During 2025 she had 2 sezas, and then pnuemonia. Staff dealt with all situations admirably. I visit 4 days per week PM 4 hours. I do find lack of meal provision level 7, swallowing and choice not flexible enough likes and dislikes, but overall supply and provision ok in catering system

Unfortunately my mum passed away in hospital after taking ill on 1/5/25 after only a three week stay . During these three weeks however I know my mum was treated with dignity , respect and compassion and we personally thank everyone who cared for mum. This nursing care home in our opinion is one of the very best you will find in the area .

We could not fault their overall care and thoughtfulness throughout Mum's short stay. Mum was unable to take part in activities, but the activity lady sat with her, talking and singing to her.

Neethu has worked at Harmony House for over 3 years and has strived to progress her career throughout. She leads the care team in all aspects of a resident's care and ensures that care is person-centred and individualised to the resident.
Sam joined the team last year. She is very keen to provide meals to residents according to their likes and dislikes and holds meetings with the residents to discuss meal options. Sam is also a keen baker.
Shellie has worked at Harmony House and leads the housekeeping team. Shellie is the Infection Control Lead for the home and strives to ensure that all processes are in place to adhere to the company's policies.
Margaret has worked at Harmony House and Sovereign House over the years. Working at Harmony from when it first opened. She is an asset to the team.
