Neethu has worked at Harmony House for over 3 years and has strived to progress her career throughout. She leads the care team in all aspects of a resident's care and ensures that care is person-centred and individualised to the resident.
Sam joined the team last year. She is very keen to provide meals to residents according to their likes and dislikes and holds meetings with the residents to discuss meal options. Sam is also a keen baker.
Shellie has worked at Harmony House and leads the housekeeping team. Shellie is the Infection Control Lead for the home and strives to ensure that all processes are in place to adhere to the company's policies.
