Mum has been in Ingersley Court since September 2025 and my experience has been almost entirely positive. It was difficult for her, and her family, to move out of her own home, but everyone at Ingersley has done all in their power to make her as comfortable and happy as possible. I, and the rest of the family are very grateful to them all.
thank you for your wonderful feedback i will make sure all the staff are aware of your feedback . Its a privilege to have your Mother living here at Ingersley court .
The staff at Ingersley Court are very friendly and helpful. They are kind and considerate with the residents. All things considered they run a very good home for all the residents.
Thank you for your kind words i will make sure this is handed over to all the staff .
Ingersley Court has provided a secure and calm environment for my mum, who is 97 and couldn't adequately care for herself at home. She has a lovely room with some of her own favourite pieces of furniture from home. The staff look after her daily needs and take her medical care into consideration too. As a family, we are kept informed about her general needs on a regular basis. We are pleased with the care and consideration she is shown.
Thank you for your lovely comments , its a pleasure and a privilege for us to care for your lovely mother .
I think Ingersley Court has a lovely welcoming atmosphere and is very homely.
There's a buzz about the place and the staff are kind and compassionate. The majority of staff have been there since Ingersley became our mum's home over 2 years ago.
My mum always says she's happy there.
Thank you for your kind words , i will ensure they are passed onto all the staff
My mother has just spent 6 weeks at Ingersley Court on a respite placement. I first met with Laura and Chris who were very compassionate about my mother's situation. Mum decided she wanted to have some respite here. The staff were very accommodating getting my mother in sooner than anticipated. My mother is very challenging yet the care, from what I observed was brilliant. The detail to individualised care was obvious with several residence I observed while visiting my mother. If my mother requires permanent care or respite again, Ingersley Court would be my first phone call. Carers, domestic staff, chefs and maintenance staff work very hard in very demanding roles for minimal pay. Everyone was always happy to chat and help. My brother had Christmas lunch on Christmas Day with my mother and said it was really lovely and how kind the staff were. Mum was encouraged to eat in the dining room with others and always seemed happy to be around the other residence. Thanks to everyone
Thank you for kind feedback , i will make sure this is handed back to all the staff . Ingersley court wishes Mum and your family all the very best .

Thankyou for your lovely feedback i will ensure i hand it over to our staff .
Their varying needs are met and both continue to do well.
Thank you for your lovely comments , its a privilege to care for your loved ones .
Every time I go into Ingersley court, every member of staff I see and speak to, are very polite, courteous, and smiling. There are staff on all floors and in different areas. The Manager knows exactly what's happening in the home regarding all the residents, and what their needs are. From personal experience, she has recognised where support and structure have improved my loved ones time at the home. I would have no hesitation recommending Ingersley Court to others.
Thank you so much for your kind words. Ingersley Court endeavours to be a person-centred environment, and it is also a huge privilege to be entrusted to care for your loved one.
The staff are really friendly and helpful, they regularly come round with drinks and biscuits, they also interact with residents and do things to keep residents stimulated, like gentle seat exercises, or catching a ball from a seated position, they encourage residents to participate but it is on the residents terms. There is a lovely atmosphere in the building. All staff are approachable if there are any questions, there is plenty of room to wander around the building freely which I really like, the windows let in a lot of natural light, the location is lovely there are some amazing views & the setting feels semi rural. The building is very secure, you need a member of staff to let you in or out of the entrance. There is an outdoor area where residents and their loved ones can sit, it is enclosed, making it safe and secure. The rooms are kept clean, bedding is changed regularly, I feel good knowing that mum is safe, secure and surrounded by kind and caring staff.
Thank you for your lovely words its a huge privilege for us to care for your loved one .
Mum has recently moved itno Ingersley Court as a resident. From the initial meeting staff have been very friendly, open & transparent. Mum has settled well and Ingersley Court have communicated with us on her progress and keeping me updated on any medical issues. The care home is slightly dated but the staff have been amazing which is the priority and this comes from the management down.
Thank you for entrusting Ingersley court to look after your mum and your kind words . Its a privilege .
From the first time I visited the care home I was made welcome by the manger who is a very genuine and warm and friendly person. She sets the atmosphere of the place and makes it a "Home" not a "Care Home" in its feel. She is an absolute asset to the place. The whole team provided and excellent level of care which manged to stay one step ahead even when proving end of life care. All of the staff worked together to provide support all of us not just the residents are forever grateful to the whole team.
Thank you for your heartfelt feedback. We're truly touched to hear that our team has made such a positive impact on you and your loved one. Creating a warm, home-like environment and providing compassionate care, especially during difficult times, is at the heart of what we do. Your kind words mean so much to us, and we're grateful for your support.
I recently visited my 90 years old Aunt who has dementia which is quite advanced. The staff at Ingersley Court were very welcoming. It was heartwarming to see some of the staff were really quite young but had a lot of time and respect for the residents.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback, it is a pleasure for us to care for your loved one.
I always feel welcome and find my sister well cared for. I always leave feeling that she is safe and comfortable and that staff are doing all they can to provide a loving caring environment both for residents and visitors.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback, it is truly appreciated I will ensure the staff are aware of the comments. Thank you for choosing Ingersley Court to care for your loved one it is a privilege for us to be entrusted with this.
Ingersley Court has proved an excellent choice of local care provider for both our parents, despite their very different needs. They were accommodated in adjoining rooms, which helped support their transition from a much-loved family home. The quality of care is excellent at every level, from the carers, the cleaners, kitchen and laundry staff, the maintenance team and, of course, all the management. Everyone is friendly, caring and willing to go the extra mile. The home were compassionate with our dad (and the wider family) when our mum died in hospital this summer. Dad considers the staff as friends: he was delighted when the chef made him a gorgeous birthday cake, and he rates all the food very highly. He joins in with suitable activities but is also enjoys his private time and privacy, such decisions are always respected. Staff are diligent in keeping us informed re medical issues and appointments. Work has started on the new garden - it will be a wonderful additional facility.
Thank you so much for your wonderful comment. It is a privilege for us to care for your loved one. I will ensure all the staff are informed of your feedback.
Our parents moved to Ingersley Court in April 2024, as they were no longer managing safely in their own home. It was a huge upheaval for them to leave their house in Bollington where they'd lived happily for 27 years. Collectively, as a family, I think we were all nervous about the move! However, we could not have wished for a better placement for them, as Ingersley Court truly offers that 'home from home', experience. All staff are incredible! They have a genuine warmth and curiosity towards their residents and nothing is too much trouble. In addition, they are also highly skilled and knowledgeable at what they do. When our mum sadly passed away in July 2024, Ingersley Court were amazingly supportive to our family. For this we will always be extremely grateful. We would like to say a heartfelt thank you to the Home Manager and team for continuing to care for our dad. It's been a tough few months, but we genuinely believe, we couldn't have done it without you! Thank you.
Thank you so much for your wonderful response, it's a privilege for us here at Ingersley Court to look after your most precious person. I will ensure your lovely feedback is handed over to our wonderful staff.
After 3 periods of respite care, we decided, when it became clear that our mother needed full time care, that Ingersley Court was the best place for her. The home is clean, well managed and the food is very good. The staff are always so warm, friendly and caring, to the families as well as the residents, and they encourage Mum to take part in many activities. She seems very happy after her first full month as a resident and I am confident that she is safe and well cared for at all times.
Thank you so much for your wonderful comments and feedback, it is always an honour and a privilege to be trusted with your most precious family members. Thank you for choosing Ingersley Court.
My last remaining auntie has been a resident of Ingersley Court for over five years, and the dementia she came in with has continued to progress. I did regularly take my mother to see her sister, and in the many times we visited over the years, the staff always seemed to be caring and diligent and the home itself seemed to be clean and well run. As a result she has been happy and in relatively good spirits (aside from the normal symptoms and frustrations of dementia). The staff have always showed rapport and ability with her and she reacts well to them and other residents. Sadly my mother passed in August following a stroke last year, so ever since, I've visited when I can, my auntie's dementia means she doesn't realise she's the last of the siblings, or that she also lost her son recently. She's my auntie and I love her - so I will keep going - and keep thanking the staff at Ingersley.
Thank you for your lovely feedback, your auntie is an amazing lady it is always a privilege to look after your loved ones. Thank you for choosing Ingersley Court.
My sister had worked hard to arrange the best care she could for our father, who was experiencing increased difficulties with mobility and daily care. Both from the accounts of my stepmum and sister and from my own experience, the care my dad received while here was second to none. The staff's attitude was uniformly welcoming and friendly, and the attention to my dad's needs was thorough and professional. All my family commented on the helpfulness of the staff, and their willingness to contact us regarding anything they felt we needed to know. As my dad's needs increased, the staff arranged for him to be given a side room with an air-flow mattress, which greatly helped his comfort as his swallowing had become more difficult. Every effort was made to ensure he was well looked after, and his relatives were treated as human beings and included in his care wherever possible. I would like to express my deepest thanks and praise for such quality care at such a time in my dad's life.
Thank you so much for your kind words, your father was a wonderful gentleman and it was a pleasure and honour to care for him and to be a part of your lovely family.
Mum has been here since August 2023 and I cannot praise all the staff enough, they are absolutely brilliant with Mum and go above and beyond to make sure she is ok. Mum has Alzheimer's and was very against leaving her home but now treats Ingersley as her home and is very happy here. Thank you so much to all the staff.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback, I will pass this over to all the staff. It's a pleasure to look after your mother, she is amazing.
