My only quibble is that she sometimes has to wait a long time to be taken to the toilet due to her lack of mobility.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your feedback is very much appreciated. We will look into the concern raised by you and take any necessary actions required.
kind regards,
Throughout my cousin's stay at Ingerslet Court, I felt confident that she was in good, caring hands. The manager has a warm and friendly personality, which sets the tone for the rest of the staff, who are always willing to help. Any requests or problems received prompt attention. The decor in the rooms was attractive, and the food, from all accounts, was good. I would have no hesitation in recommending this care home.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback; it was a pleasure and privilege to look after your cousin - she is a wonderful lady.
This was the first time I had visited my uncle and he looked clean and well looked after and happy. One particular staff member interacted on a personal level with him which made him smile. Everywhere looked clean, I didn't go in his room so couldn't comment on that.
Thank you for your kind comments, it's a privilege for us to look after your loved one.
My mum settled into Ingersley Court Care Home really quickly. The staff are all very kind and patient and approachable. I am always greeted with a smile and the carers always know where my mum is and tell me what has been happening and any activities Mum has taken part in. The atmosphere in the home is lovely with lots of laughter and smiles. The carers treat all the residents as individuals and are keen to know about the individual residents and their likes and dislikes and they do their utmost to accommodate everyone. We are very happy with the care Mum receives.
Thank you so much for your kind words. It's an absolute privilege to look after your mum.
My dad has been at Ingersley for just over two months. It was a big move for him, and he was reluctant to go at the beginning. However, he has settled in so well thanks to the amazing care and kindness of all the staff. The staff have gone out of their way to get to know Dad and engage in lovely chats with him every day, often chatting about his favourite old pastime and profession, which he is still able to talk about despite his Alzheimer's. I am so happy we chose Ingersley. Such a lovely setting, with great meals, super stimulating activities and great personal care. All that we could ask for. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback. It's an absolute pleasure and privilege to look after your loved one.
I have been impressed by the staff I have met and my wife says the food is good. The only thing she does not like is being unable to lock her room door when she is in the lounge etc. She is fearful since things could be stolen.
Thank you for sharing your heartfelt feedback about your wife's experience at Ingersley Court. We're delighted to hear about his remarkable recovery since being with us. It's a testament to the tailored care provided by our staff.
The food looks and apparently is lovely and plentiful.
The activities are great and there if you want to participate.
Keep up the great work.
Thank you so much for your lovely review; I will ensure all the staff are handed your kind words.
We could not be happier.
Thank you so much for your feedback, I will ensure that this is handed over to all the staff, it is a pleasure to have your mum living here with us.
She obviously was very anxious and upset at leaving her home and the area she had lived in all her life.
Since arriving, we cannot give anything other than praise for this care home.
The staff all treat her with such professionalism, empathy, kindness and love. Despite memory problems and deafness, staff go way beyond our expectations in ensuring she understands and hears what is said.
She is enjoying her meals and interacting with other residents in the dining room.
The activities are varied and accessible to everyone.
We initially planned on a month's stay to see if she settled, yet after two weeks she has voiced how happy she is and made the decision to make this her permanent home.
Thank you Ingersley Cout Care Home for making a difficult decision into such a positive one.
Thank you so much for your feedback, I will ensure that staff are informed. It's an absolute pleasure having your mother living with us here at Ingersley Court.
My father is in the late stages of Alzheimer's/dementia, I have cared for my dad for the past couple of years but sadly it reached the point where Dad needed care/company 24 hours which I cannot offer. Dad had always been reluctant to go into a care home but after visiting various homes he was ‘won over’ by the lovely welcome from the staff at Ingersley Court Care Home. The manager kindly offered my dad two weeks respite to see how he feels, Dad accepted the offer and when I took Dad there with his things for a couple of weeks, we were made to feel very welcome and that immediately relaxed not only Dad about staying but myself for feeling comfortable leaving Dad with ‘strangers to us’. I visited Dad a few times during his stay and he seemed so much calmer than I had seen him for a long time, he settled in straight away. All the staff are approachable and caring to both Dad and our family, Dad has decided he would love to stay there now which has been a huge decision for him but he is now much happier.
Thank you so much for your kind words, it's an honour to look after Dad. I will ensure the staff are informed of your feedback.
My cousin was a resident in Ingersley Court Care Home for eighteen months until her death there on the 20th of March. I visited Ingersley many times to see her during that period. All the members of staff made me very welcome. They showed genuine concern for my cousin and treated her with the utmost respect and dignity. Much care, kindness and love were given to her which she and I much appreciated. The management team kept me regularly informed in between my visits. Any questions I had were always answered in an honest, professional and courteous way. U have great admiration for everyone who works at Ingersley.
Thank you so much for your kind words, I will ensure that I pass your comments over to the whole team here at Ingersley Court.
My mother-in-law went to Ingersley Court Care Home last October after a long stay in hospital. She has Alzheimer's and was unable to take care of herself anymore. The staff are lovely, caring and go out of their way to make the residents' lives happier.
Thank you for your lovely words, I will ensure that your comments are relayed to all staff.
Whenever there is a query, staff have been very professional in dealing with anything. There seems to be a good number of carers.
Thank you for your lovely review, I will pass this over to the staff.
The staff are very caring and always welcoming. The food seems very good and plentiful. Not the smartest of homes but the above are far more important. Feedback is always available during office hours. Despite Covid restrictions activities and even trips out are undertaken. All in all a very satisfactory home.
Thank you for your review, it's a pleasure to have your family member living with us here at Ingersley Court. I will ensure the staff get your feedback.
My wife has settled in very well but that has been helped enormously by the fantastic staff and many other residents. All staff are kind and considerate and are very understanding and accommodating of her disabilities. The facilities at Ingersley are excellent. The bedroom is light and bright and has everything she needs including a small kitchen which is ideal when friends and family visit. My wife enjoys her food and likes the menu choices presented to her. From my own observations, kitchen staff work very hard to provide wholesome tasty food. We are delighted with Ingersley Court and very glad we made that choice. She seems very content and no longer asks when she is coming home which suggests she is happy in her new surroundings. Leadership is important in these difficult times and it is apparent that Ingersley is blessed in that regard. It was a very difficult decision for us to place my wife in a care home as she is still relatively young but we are fully supported as a family.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review, I will pass this onto the whole team.
The manager demonstrates clear and effective leadership and a positive culture with low staff turnover. There is clear evidence of safe processes in place and staff demonstrate a good understanding of mum's needs.
Mum trusts the staff and her confidence has grown so that she is now able to spend time in the company of the other residents safe in the knowledge that, if she needs to pay an urgent visit, staff are on hand to make sure she is not left embarrassed. This makes a massive difference to her.
Having experienced a different home, I am so glad we have found a place for Mum at Ingersley Court. It is a care home where "care" really matters. It isn't flashy - just excellent.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. It is a pleasure to have the honour of looking after your beautiful mother.
My Dad has been a resident at Ingersley Court for the last 5 months. He has settled in well during this time and I feel reassured that he is safe and well cared for. The home is well-run with a friendly environment. The staff are hard-working and extremely kind and caring. I really appreciate everything they do.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It's lovely to hear you are happy with the home and your dad's care.
Our mother became a resident of Ingersley Court on 28 February 2019, and at that point in time, was ninety-nine years of age. From that very first day, the whole team has not only provided continual professional care but has done so with compassion, tenderness and love. At all times, they have shown our mother total respect and ensured that her dignity is fully maintained. Through the actions of the team and the ethos under which it operates, Ingersley Court has become a true and perfect home for our mother. Collectively they are a 'team of angels who have become an integral part of our life and are now looked upon as our extended family. Knowing that our mother is safe and being so affectionately cared for has given enormous peace of mind to the whole of our family.
Kind regards.
Ingersley Court has welcomed my mom for several respite stays. We find it a clean and homely environment along with caring staff. The rooms are of a nice and comfortable standard. I have no qualms about letting my mom stay at Ingersley. Its well run and nothing is too much trouble - especially having to accommodate my mom's vegetarian diet! A huge thank you to the staff for making a difficult decision much easier.
Thank you so much for your kind words.
We look forward to Mums next visit, it's always a pleasure.
It's a very difficult job they have, and their patience is very much appreciated.
Keep doing the good work.
It's a pleasure to have the honour of looking after mum.
