There has been a small amount of staff turnover this year, which is an inevitable part of running any operation, and we do our best to keep the impact of this to a minimum for residents. We have increased our overall staff numbers in the same period, and we are working closely with new starters to provide comprehensive training.
We are sorry to hear that your recent experience has not been as consistent as usual. We certainly aim to live up to the high standards of support, cleanliness and activities provision that our customers rightly expect, and we trust this will soon be your experience at Ingersley again.
Mum has been here for 6 months during which time her health and well-being has improved immensely. We are very pleased with her all round care and attention. Mum is very happy here.

- Outstanding - The service is performing exceptionally well.
- Good - The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
- Requires Improvement - The service isn't performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.
- Inadequate - The service is performing badly and we've taken action against the person or organisation that runs it.
- Not rated - we have not yet rated this area of the service, this is normally because the assessments we have carried out have been focused on other key questions.
