As someone who has worked in the health and social care sector for over a decade, rising from carer to senior carer, then deputy manager and then home manager, Olayide has gained a wealth of experience in providing care and nursing support to elderly people to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and quality of life for residents.

She extends this caring approach to her colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to residents in a way that they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.

“First and foremost, I enjoy meeting residents and relatives and understanding their needs and requirements. I operate an open-door policy to discuss any questions or concerns residents and their loved ones may have and encourage relatives to visit the home to develop good relationships, which further support those we care for.

From a management perspective, I am committed to creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere, where everyone works as a team. I have installed an effective quality assurance and monitoring system to supervise all staff to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of residents and staff are promoted and protected.”
