I would recommend this home to everyone. God bless you all.

My partner is in this home and is being looked after very well. They make sure she takes her tablets and food she needs. All the rooms are very clean. Her bedroom is very clean and so is her bed. I am very happy that she is looked after very well. I cannot fault this home at anything they do. Thank you so much.

The heart of this wonderful care home is its staff. Their kindness, understanding and compassion extend far beyond anything they are paid to do or contracted to provide. My mother died peacefully surrounded by love and kindness. Her carers were not only there for her but also for us. We too were fed, watered, cared for and hugged. There cannot be a kinder and more compassionate bunch of individuals on the planet.

I wrote a review last year, in November, when my (now) late father was at the home for respite care.

The original intention, on this other occasion, was also for respite care, however, the home was very considerate in bearing with us in the fact that we were renewing his stay on a weekly basis.

Sadly, he was ultimately admitted to hospital for the final week of his life. We are, thankfully, at ease now as he is with God Almighty, our Creator.

Nothing is too much trouble for them.

When we first came with mam to the care home, there were a few issues. They have been sorted out and mam has been happy in the home with the caring staff and helpful.

My mother-in-law receives very good care from carers who treat her with dignity. The refurbishment of the home has improved facilities and made the decor more attractive.

I think the place is lovely. My dad seems well cared for and as happy as he can be. Staff are really friendly and helpful.

New management have been busy revamping all parts of the premises which is a great improvement. The garden has been renovated and is more user-friendly for the residents. The staff are excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are kind and considerate in their dealings with both residents and visitors and very professional. I know that my husband is very well looked after and this gives me peace of mind.

Not a lot I can say, apart from excellent.

My father has been a resident since April 2017. It is a very friendly care home with a very welcoming atmosphere. He is being looked after by a team of dedicated, understanding and caring staff and it is a relief to see that he is comfortable, safe and well looked after. I was very apprehensive and worried about having to place my father in a care home but I need not have worried I felt happy about it all right from the start.

My dad is very well looked after at Clarendon Mews. The staff are all nice and friendly. My dad has made some friends since he has been here and is very happy. The staff always make you feel welcome and if any problems they let you know. The staff do a great job.

My husband is very difficult at times and is treated with care. He is not unhappy and seems to be content most times. He spends quite a lot of time in his room but the staff know where he is.

She can be very challenging at times. The staff are wonderful with her and nothing is too much trouble. Everone works as a team. The cook and kitchen staff are lovely and my mother enjoys the food provided. The laundry staff and cleaning staff are also very friendly and helpful. The management and owners are also very accessible to answer any questions.

When my mother entered Clarendon Mews she was not in good health, either physically or mentally, and it was with some trepidation we placed her in care there. I need not have worried. Although she was in their care for only six months before passing away, I felt she blossomed in all ways. Every staff member did the best for Mum in all ways and she seemed happier and healthier than she had been in sometime before passing away suddenly. Very glad of those last few months.

Firstly I must commend the manager and staff on the excellent CQC report. I work in Primary Care and and to receive an outstanding and good rating for an unannounced visit is exceptional. My mother in law is happy, well looked after and the staff very caring and attentive to her needs. She is in very safe hands and we appreciate the care provided.
