My mother was placed into respite care as an emergency. This has been our first experience of a care home. All of the staff, from the manager to the maintenance staff, have been friendly and professional. As I don't live locally, I have visited every day for 6 weeks. The care and attention that I have

I brought along my mum, who is resident in a nursing home, to join her brother in law for lunch at the kind invitation from the home manager. This was made even more special as staff advised there was enough food for my cousin, the resident's daughter, + myself to join them. Moreover, in a separate
room upstairs, which my uncle described as his penthouse! The staff were a delight in serving of the food + making sure we had all that was required. It was a special memory for us all. Thank you.

Cooper House: We could not of had any more, care and hospitality today. When my fathers sister in law & nephew visited today. Family get togethers for the elderly are so so important. I cannot fault this home, the staff & managers. Always a pleasure to visit my father.

Home is warm and very clean, all staff are friendly and accommodating at all times, quality of food is first rate and the fact that its prepared on site gives that home cooked feeling.

The staff at Cooper House are very caring of my mum and perceptive of her needs. They are also supportive of us as a family and always inform us of changes in needs. My mum's meals are complete and ever-changing. The care team and staff liaise with the medical team if they notice any concerns. They

I would highly recommend Cooper House!
The staff are all lovely, very friendly atmosphere and are very caring to the residents needs. The food is lovely and the entertainment is great.

Mum has been in Cooper House for three months. In that time she has been treated with so much care. I feel comfortable leaving her after each visit as I know her needs are met and she will have all the care she needs. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make Mum and visitors welcome.

Mum has lived at Cooper House Care Home for nearly three years. I highly recommend the care home and Mum is very happy there. The staff are so nice and friendly, caring and respectful and considerate of Mum's feelings. Always a happy atmosphere. Management and office staff are very approachable and
easy to contact. I am always made to feel welcome. Everyone is treated with dignity. Mum has a cosy, clean and tidy room. Her laundry is done daily. The food is excellent, good choice and all home-cooked. Staff sort out Mum's mobile to ring me daily. She is always happy and she loves the weekly hairdressers!

Both Mum and Dad loved Cooper House, from entering through the door It was like home from home. The staff are amazing and always made me feel so welcome, as well as Mum and Dad I felt it was my home too. They both had really nice bright rooms, adequately furnished which were kept spotlessly clean.
There
was always a lovely atmosphere even on the busiest of days and staff always took time out to chat. The care provided by Cooper House was brilliant and I felt reassured both Mum and Dad were in the best place to have all their needs met. Mum and Dad both passed away at Cooper House due to underlying health conditions and whilst a sad time I couldn’t have wished for a better place for them to have spent their last few years together. Thank you to each and every one of you, you are all truly amazing.
