Most of staff are lovely and approachable, must state tho I really think there should be more than one hoist, for the amount that need the user of one, especially seeing some bursting to go to toilet and having to wait a long time love how Tracey is with patients. There are a couple of staff I find just don't want to talk to you. But overall happy.

My mother was placed into respite care as an emergency. This has been our first experience of a care home. All of the staff, from the manager to the maintenance staff, have been friendly and professional. As I don't live locally, I have visited every day for 6 weeks. The care and attention that I have witnessed say in and out has been exceptional.

Cooper House: We could not of had any more, care and hospitality today. When my fathers sister in law & nephew visited today. Family get togethers for the elderly are so so important. I cannot fault this home, the staff & managers. Always a pleasure to visit my father.

I brought along my mum, who is resident in a nursing home, to join her brother in law for lunch at the kind invitation from the home manager. This was made even more special as staff advised there was enough food for my cousin, the resident's daughter, + myself to join them. Moreover, in a separate room upstairs, which my uncle described as his penthouse! The staff were a delight in serving of the food + making sure we had all that was required. It was a special memory for us all. Thank you.

The staff at Cooper House are very caring of my mum and perceptive of her needs. They are also supportive of us as a family and always inform us of changes in needs. My mum's meals are complete and ever-changing. The care team and staff liaise with the medical team if they notice any concerns. They continually keep me informed of any worries. Thank you.

Mum has been in Cooper House for three months. In that time she has been treated with so much care. I feel comfortable leaving her after each visit as I know her needs are met and she will have all the care she needs. Mum has lived at Cooper House Care Home for nearly three years. I highly recommend the care home and Mum is very happy there. The staff are so nice and friendly, caring and respectful and considerate of Mum's feelings. Always a happy atmosphere. Management and office staff are very approachable and easy to contact. I am always made to feel welcome. Everyone is treated with dignity. Mum has a cosy, clean and tidy room. Her laundry is done daily. The food is excellent, good choice and all home-cooked. Staff sort out Mum's mobile to ring me daily. She is always happy and she loves the weekly hairdressers!
