I visit my sister-in-law weekly. All the staff are wonderful. My sister-in-law is settling in nicely. Her feet are swollen so need to apply cream three times a day, which are missed sometimes. Her personal care (shower once a week needs to be looked into.

We live in London and visit the home unannounced. On every visit we have found the home clean, our mother is very well cared for in a safe and caring environment. Staff are approachable and answer any questions or queries with honesty. We leave on each visit safe in the knowledge our mother is safe
and being well looked after and this is extremely comforting. Thank you to all the staff involved in the care of our mother, you all worked very hard in a difficult environment.
